  • can you please provide the name of the song while Professor Eco is walking

  • He looks like Hercule Poirot :P

  • 4:09 you egomaniac !!!

  • For sure has full lower jaw dentures.

  • 0:12 - babe.

  • i have read his semiotic books and they are very complicated!!!!!

  • Yop!

  • Yop! Monstrous Collection of Items for Sale!! YoP for Sale!!

  • un uomo sfigato e presuntuoso....

  • @MrGeorgiebest7 Eh che te stai a fà qui? Vattene a vedere i video con Boldi e De Sica, piuttosto.

  • All this NWO bollocks is so pathetic....its not new, and its has failed...if there was a real NWO would should be begging for it...the Old World Order has failed desperately.

The elite are dead and within a generation decent investment by Lottery winners will be the new elite....If the NWO existed do you think they would allow plebs to win millions every week.

get a life and get a hobby...the world is the same as it has ever been and will ever be

  • @kevin1746 you are blind

  • @Etcher and you spend to much time worrying about the new entertainment channel called THE INTERNET..get out in the sun more

  • @kevin1746 wake up man - /watch?v=K5lByw7kvS0

  • @kevin1746 you're an idiot. If the world is the same then wouldn't that mean the SAME families who are considered the elites STILL exist? The Rothschild still exist, Rockfellers and many other wealthy families exist - they have not change in terms of wealth or goals. The NWO idea is real. You can see it with the IMF and how they put countries into debt. See it with globalism - who benefits the MOST from it? The ELITES, you ignoramus.

  • Maybe if you could all list your points? :)

  • it's not even secret anymore, they're openly calling for a new world order and an international currency to save the economy. my god man, climb outta your friggin box, global feudalism is just around the corner.

  • no, the elite committ crimes? they're secretly undermining democracy? impossible, that could never happen, except it did happen, it happend in rome, it happend in greece, it happend in france, it happend in germany, italy, russia and china, and it will happen again, if we don't stop participating in our own enslavement. sorry for the rant, i gotta little carried away there, lol. yeah yeah yeah, i'll check out eco's pendulum, hope it's better than his list theory.

  • @occultologist

hardly a secret then....thats the problem with all this secret orgnaisation nonsense......none of it is secret.

And everybody forgets the 'elite' fall and suffer just the same as everybody else...they are just rich human beings making themselves richer...just like the self -publisists and authors that invent this stuff

  • and who really, really cares that CITY OF LONDON and THE UNITED STATES CORPORATION are their own countries with their own laws, constitution and agenda. so what if jfk made a speach shortly before he was executed, confirming that there were secret societies that want to take over america and the world, afterall, jfk was a womanizer and an idiot. just ask bush/kerry about their skull and bones connections and see what happens. you get fucking tazored, that's what happens.

  • @occultologist

Nothing new there, been happening for 1000 years

  • masson & ZIONIST !

  • great video; does anybody know about longer documentaries featuring/about Eco?

  • :)

I loved the thing with the phone book.

  • I've read a couple of his essays and articles, but the only book that I've read of his is The Name of the Rose. I must read some of his non-fiction.

  • umberto should put eating less cannelloni on his to do list. society is full of lists, so what? seems like a very mundane, trivial insight.

  • @occultologist if you like the occult try foulcault's pendulum

  • @occultologist Heh heh you would say that Mr Bonkers Conspiracy Theorist. He really skewered you lot in Foucault's Pendulum. And yet, you carry on...

Sorry better go, the CIA and Freemasons are knocking on my door....

  • @colinfilthy yawn, ist that the best you got? yeah, you're right. our political and economic institutions love us. it's for our own good we surrender our guns and liberty. worked for the chinese, soviets and germans. the war on terror and drugs are completely legitimite. i feel a whole lot safter with the warrantless wire tapping, naked body scanners, swine flue injections, patriot act, prolonged detentions and 10s of 1000s of american troops stationed in over 50 countries.

  • @colinfilthy but nevermind that, this fat italian's theory of lists is so much more compelling. so what if 50 percent of american presidents were freemasons. so what if george bush and john kerry climbed inside a naked coffin and confessed their sexual history to the goddess of eloquence, perfectly christian if you ask me. and so what if tony blair has aztec rebirthing ceremonies and is "thrice born". who cares if bill clinton runs around naked at bohemian grove where they sacrifice to moloch.

  • @occultologist haha what a pile of barmy old cack hahahahaga

  • If you're bored with it after the fourth time, you're reading it on the same level and it is likely the reader that needs to broaden his scope.

  • OMG, Dante or Tolstoy boring after the 4th time reading one of their works?! God, I couldn't disagree more. One of the magical things about Dante's Divine Comedy (for example) is that it can be read on so many different levels: on a historical level, a symbolic level, a mathematical level, a political level, a "this is a damn good work of fiction" level. Same with Tolstoy.

  • @horizonrusted congratulations, you discovered a 5th level of interest!

  • This guy is a brilliant master. I've only read one of his novels, "Foucault's Pendulum", and I was astonished and fascinated after just a few pages. I will certainly give "The Vertigo of Lists" a read.

  • @PleaseLookAtMyCock you've not read name of the rose??

  • @wungabunga

No, I've not read "The Name Of The Rose". I've only seen the film adaptation. Which I can be sure, as with most novel-to-film adaptations, pales in comparison to the novel. Cheers!

  • Obviously, the only jackass here is you... not a supreme one, just normal and mediocre.

By the way, seems like you have no f*** idea about Eco's works, the way he constructs his stories and sort of that. Naturally, reading what you've told, it's completely natural that you don't understand a word. Don't even try.

  • Touché, aruizi!

  • Thank you. I would have liked dapperswindler comment remained visible to all of us. Anyway, one can figure out the kinda crap he was spreading.

  • Someone please tell the Profesor about Databases.

  • hate the ads

  • Very boring. Except when he called Heidegger full of crap. This is all very obvious.

  • @micromilesaway ok, I take my comments back as they were never meant to be taken too seriously. Im sure hes very commited to his work and research.

  • well your comment made me laugh!

this presentation does touch on the anal, but I'm sure (well hope) the book goes deeper!

  • the idea about lists is a bit dull

  • I bet his wife is fullfilled in their relationship..

  • HAHHAHA!

  • der kha zwana
