@NiekProductions The program is in C, and I have a script in Python so it can work in Windows. The WiShield 2.0 should be code compatible, but I'm not sure.
@cornboy3 I would like to get in touch with mozzwald about a USB host controller. I saw the Zipit serial mod but figured it wouldn't has host functionality. I already have the RS232 FTDI wired up, lol.
Have you considered using another hacked Zipit as the interface for the arduino to the internet? It would allow you to have a full lamp stack as well as an onboard lcd which is always nice and much longer battery life. All you would have to do is ask mozzwald how to add a usb host controller and then use an RS232 FTDI chip to interface directly with the arduino.
I'm looking to see if it's possible to stream or send audio to the arduino via wifi using the WiShied? I've already got a rMP3 shield on the arduino that plays songs off the SD card. Do you have any idea if the WiShield is capable of downloading an audio file and storing it on the SD card?
@kedarum Thanks for the comment! I've never used the SD card before, and haven't sent large amounts of data to the WiShield, so this is just speculation. I'd try to modify the WebClient or SimpleClient example code to d/l the song via FTP or SCP instead of the twitter or weather updates in the examples. When the data comes in, send it to the SD card however you do that. Sorry couldn't help more, but keep me posted on your progress, it's a great idea!
I'm not sure about PHP, but I know the WiShield can host a simple HTML page with buttons, etc that can directly switch an LED on and off. The asynclabs site can probably tell you more, the WiShield is very flexible and always being updated. Thanks for the comment!

FANTASTIC!
Can you answer a question?
Can the arduino wifi shield verify an internet webpage, like... If the variable of an php is zero, turn a led on?
Thanks, and congratulation by the project
