Dr. Miranda's character was supposed to be played by Julia Ormond,wasn't it?I was just wondering what happened why it turned out to be Katherine Moennig..

No. Julia Ormond supposed to be Dr. Sophia Jordan (play actually by Alfre Woodard).

Woooooooooooow! i just knew it! Kate always has that in her..allowing people to stop, stare, beg, and beg more without even trying so much!!!! she s just so amazing! thanks for this post...i'm glad that even big people in the industry find kate moennig a very wonderful & character-fit actress! way to go kate moennig! watched the first episode and u just left me speechless! i just heartily love you, doctor miranda! kudos!
