Thanks for the video! I have been running more regularly and my feet have been getting very tight and sore. I'm afraid I'll end up with Plantar Fasciitis. The "toes tucked under" move should do a good job. However, I can't seem to get a stretch on the first, seated foot stretch, which you state stretches the tops of the feet. In fact, my rear end doesn't even sit on my feet. I'm worried about straining my knees or back if I lean back. Other ideas? Thanks again!
I really enjoyed this video! I also like to do the massage on my legs after I run for a cool down it lets you feel the sensitivity of your legs and really relaxes them.Thank you!
Thank you for this video! I know firsthand of the effects bad foot alignment can do to a person. Posture problems, neck/shoulder/pelvis problems....alot of that can be traced down to how your feet are aligned, and how you're walking around on them all day. "It all starts with the feet".
I think daily massages/exercises like these should be a part of everybody's life.
You are obviously on your way to being a true master of yoga. You are also a great teacher. Keep up the great work, thanks for taking the time to develop and posts such quality instructions on youtube! and good luck in everything.

I'm doing some feet exercises to strengthen out my muscles because I have a flat right foot and tendonitis so maybe this should help!
