I have heard about that letter in church, so its possible that Assyrian Church has some type of proof or documentation, and to think about it, Assyrian Church could have other types of documentation or records that are secret or general public doesn't know about.

The Assyrians knew Asshur or Tyr was their ancestor. We should expect, therefore, that when they migrated to Europe they would still be known as the sons of Tyr or Tiw, that is, Asshur. And what do we find? When the Germans appeared in Europe, they claimed Tyr or Tiw as their ancestor! But what has the name "Deutsche" to do with Tiw? The modern German word "Deutsche" as educated Germans know is derived from the old Anglo-Saxon word Tiw. (See any thorough book on etymology and word derivations.)

You're missing the point, there are no "chaldeans" today, they were nestorians just like assyrians who converted to catholism, give your thanks to the Pope who gave you the "chaldean" name to your first patriarch 1551 and then offcial 1700. Chaldean is only a religous term and I can prove that by quoting many many historians and church members even from the chaldean church.
