  • Call me. I'm a producer with the Travel Channel and I want to pay you to license the footage. Check your inbox for my contact. Genevieve Wong, Segment Producer, Asylum Entertainment. Thanks!

  • YOU ARE SO LUCKY THAT DINT FALL FORWARD

IVE ALSO SEEN THE INDIANA SUGAR LAND COLLAPSE

  • Amazing how so many people can be so stupid as to stand under huge stages while the wind is blowing so hard. Thees no hope for the human race.

  • The regulations in regard to stage standards need to be revised. There is no excuse for this!

  • Mother Nature doesnt like Cheap Trick???

  • Have you sent this to Cheap Trick? They are looking for any video taken that day and yours is really good.

  • WOW. Someone that actually captured the stage collapse on tape. You know how to film. Great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Best footage!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • weather modification..chem trails,,, haarp?

  • lol i think its funny how they didnt even check the weather before they said it was okay that they went on ... i went to a music festival and like the same wind and everything happened but since they checked the weather they lowered the top of the whole thing down all the way so the wind wouldnt blow it over and when the storm was over they raised it back up and it was all good

  • thanks for the better video.

  • Thank goodness almost all got away unscathed. Hopefully, they keep making terrific records and Bun E. coming back might be a good luck charm.

  • I didn't even know it was falling down, I was shutting off our power and didn't realize it fell until I came out from underneath. It was surreal.

  • @sonicnomad111

One after the other - Flaming Lips, Cheap Trick, Sugarland & Belgium’s Pukkelpop festival?

Since when did the hard working guys of the concert industry get so slack that they can't put up

a stage that is safe even in high winds?

    Answer

You guys are all professionals. There is more going on here than meets the eye!

The bands, production companies, stage crews & promoters had nothing to do with it. I've had 30 yrs in the biz & never heard of this many disasters.

  • @Evens1 I've been seting up stages for now 4 years traveling around USA and Canada and this year was the most windy summer i've ever seen ........ Plus this stage and the indian fair stage were ground support stage ..... those stage are not as strong as the hydraulic stages ...... If accident continue to occur the governments will probably create norms and inspections to protect the population

  • Wow again - I'm really glad you guys are ok. When you watch this video it almost seems a bit like slow motion, but it goes down fast though. Glad you thought to get under that monitor console.

  • That is Rick, he was like the guy in the doorway and the house fell down around him. That is Ricks tech getting the guitar from him, Paulie, who escaped death by inches. I am the guy in the camo shorts walking around after I crawled out from under the monitor console. The PA fell inches from me as well. The rest of the band was under the roof when it fell. Everybody is very lucky.

  • That is just totally wild.

If you look close, I don't think Rick Neilsen had any chance to get off the stage. I think that's him just standing in his spot as the stage falls behind him. WOW is right. And after it comes down, you can see a stage guy come and grab his Explorer.

  • Wow!
