I saw Zakk at a guitar "clinic" at a music store, similar to this kind of set up, but indoors. He played the same kind of stuff and talked about his love for southern rock. He also played a couple of Sabbath covers. Still one of the best players I've seen.

the effects he was using weren't that dramatic, mostly just reverb, chorus, and just your standard overdrive, the squeeling and shit comes from his amp set up he runs alot of sustain to get those squeels from his pinch harmonics, which don't record very well unless it's punched through some recording equipment and some monitors.
