this Dialog that Kosh delivers to Sharadin in the form of his father is just brilliant ... just shows how much he really cared for him, how amazing Kosh really was. He admits he was at fault and a little scared, and proud, but he apologises.
RIP Kosh ... you were the best Vorlon, you really were
Tekken was big thing while this was on. Given their differences in personality and color, we started differentiating between the two Vorlons by calling them Kosh and Armor Kosh.
the later kosh was more a warrior, the original kosh was a diplomat, a guide so to speak... and he was more attached to the other species, cared for them... it was a really sad moment when he was killed.
I think Kosh 2 wasn't even so much of a warrior as that Kosh 2 was a typical Vorlon. To Kosh 2 the younger species where just experiments, and a single member of them was inconsequential. Just another labrat.
Kosh 1 cared on some level. (And I think that when what's left of him attacked Kosh 2 he probably adopted a 'to hell with this experiment!' view.)
wait till it turns out that the Angels of Abbadon are really just extra terrestrial aliens who kidnapped the people who contributed to the texts that became the bible.
So fucked up about how those three (was it four?) shadows that jacked up Kosh off-guard. I thought that he'd straight own those shadows looking like the hard-ass he was. Still, the vorlons owned.
IDK if Vorlons were younger, way I figured it, they were more like "brothers" with the Shadows being the younger ones.
Eitherway, fact being: it took several (more than the two with Morden) to take Kosh down.
And they still had to bust through whatever protection offered by the encounter suit (cracking the shell to reach the inside, esque), before they could expose him out (this part is signified by when we see on Morden's face the light cracking out in middle) and fight him "on the level".
From what I can tell, the Shadows were the eldest of the First Ones save Lorien's people with the Vorlons being one of the youngest of the FOs (although I'm not sure about this).
The Vorlons & Shadows were the "Angles" & "Demons" dancing upon the shoulders of the younger sentients. Yet, neither of the two Ancients were "right" nor "wrong." It was only a galactic disagreement concerning the Order (Chaos) of Life for all those who came after...
You had your fun in the sandbox, now make way for new kids! }:^}
the guy who watched in the gas mask got his in the end. as i recall, the centauri cut off his head and put it on a pike. just thought id put that out there to ease those who might have though Kosh wouldnt be avenged
Mr. Morden. Londo gave Vir the head as a gift, giving Vir what he told Morden he wanted year before...
"I'd like to live just long enough to be there when they cut off your head and stick it on a pike as a warning to the next ten generations that some favors come with too high a price. I would look up into your lifeless eyes and wave, like this [smiles and waves his fingers at Morden]. Can you and your associates arrange that for me, Mr. Morden?"
Londo had no way of knowing about that conversation, unless Vir told him about it later off-screen.
However, I like to think that when Londo was about to execute Morden, that Morden begged one last favor, not for himself, but for Vir (the one he was never able to corrupt), and told Londo what to do with his head after his death.
yea londo had gunners shoot mordens shadow gaurds in the centaeri palace and then he killed mordeon! i was laughing so hard!! but then he came back as a weird ugly creature thing....
with all of them being telepaths, it is possible that the vorlons developed a united mind, no longer being complete individuals, more like sharing a part of yourself with all others. for example when he died, all other vorlons immediately knew, because a part of themselves died with kosh.
KOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! NOOOOOOOOO!!! well... one things good... kosh had a piece of him inside Sheridan... but... he fianlly died killing Kosh II...
Read "To Dream in the City of Sorrows" (first series of novels, #9 in the series, which JMS has declared to be 100% canon, every bit as official as any episode of the TV series) to learn the real name of "Kosh II."
It also has the origin of Marcus, and how Sinclair became Entil'zha.
Kosh was AWESOME WHY DID THEY HAVE TO KILL HIM = (
dtapia1000 2 months ago
@dtapia1000 |The creator says that Kosh himself insisted. Not the actor, the character in his head. It was his time.

Why are people calling him Kosh 2. His name is officially Ulkesh Kosh.
bluntman1138 9 months ago 4
@bluntman1138 : Ulkesh's name was never given in the series as shown on TV, thus "Kosh 2".

the vorlons were a lot younger than the shadows, even though they were "first ones". like humans and minbari.

This scene really makes me cry sometimes. Kosh was always my favourite character; it was upsetting too when the Vorlons left all together.
Poor Kosh, but he came back later for a cool battle with Evil Kosh.

Interludes and Examinations. S03E15.
One of the best scenes from the whole show.
"Its ok son. See, ***as long as you're here, I'll always be here***" Poignant and enigmatic. Love it.

Yeah, that part can only be commented upon with a simple "LOLOWNED".
