@dvkevo76 Look at Pelican cases also. They have several which are airline approved, they are waterproof, and can stand up to all sorts of abuse. Well worth the money.

I dont get it. whats up with the brackets? Isn't speedlite should be as far away from lens as it could? I would want the biggest bracket I can get. I don't see much of a difference there with these.

@RonaldsSulcs he puts the speedlight close to the lens to reduce cast shadows. if you can imagine a ringflash that wraps around the lens completely, the principle is similar.
