ok...lets see. first of all military helicopters dont have a bright lights that flash like that. And the other two UFOs where not even flashing. Second of all they were HOVERING for like five minutes. In formation. At like 2,000 feet. Kinda hard for a military helicopter to pull off since there is top wind. But,I guess you are in the military and you can do anything.

Not UFO's sorry those are helicopters hovering in the air. there are military bases all around the DC area. Before you try to tell me that I must be wrong. You should know that I am a marine and I would know a formation of helicopters at night when I see them. Thankyou
