when sitting seiza you are suppose to put your right big toe on top of your left big toe. i noticed you put your whole left foot on top of your right foot. another thing your knees should be 2 fist apart.
@srdreed Your observations are correct, but myopic. Please check Yoshimitsu Yamada's book "The New Aikido Complete", Don Draeger's classic "Judo Formal Techniques" & Shigeru Egami's "The Way of Karate" for interesting variations.
The best advice I can pass on to you from my 40 years of seiza practice was given to me by my podiatrist, who after telling me I had a bone spur in my left foot said "try sitting on the right foot!" lol ...ya gotta have balance :)
