similar thing happened to a UK girl group called the Sugababes, the black girl in that group Keisha Buchchan was kicked out , she didn't have a great voice like Tiffanie , but was an original band member. Ttiffanie is a star in her own right, she will go far, she's got nothing to worry about, although i think Girlious will disband, because people are not ready for the raunchy sound Robin wants to capture
