I watched Jeordie Whites audition for Metallica, he looked like he was out of his depth. It was so obvious he was struggling. He is not even half as good as Robert Trujillo on bass.

He doesnt, when he parted from Manson's on '02 or '03 i think, metallica was looking for a new bassist so they gave auditions to different bass players, but Trujillo got the job

@Allanstone19 Rob is better....Lars said it himself...If Rob showed up at the same time as Cliff...."Cliff might not be the bassist." There he was clearly holding back the opinion, out of respect for Cliff fans (and I am one of them), that Rob is the superior bassist. Sorry, as much as I loved Cliff, Rob is the best rock bassist I have ever seen...period!
