Where is this house on Sims 3? I can't seem to find it. Also is there a cheat that can buy you any lot after CaS (create a sim)/start a new game?

@Prowl4Ever Dude, I can't really remember, but it should be at the houses where rich people live, you know where celebs live and all. Mabye you can't find it cuz someone's already in it. And i don't know if there are a cheat for that, but i think there is.
