This is past sad. Don't get me wrong, CMQ/CMD/OYD is what it is (a worthless cult) but I have to tell you, this putz wouldn't have been more than a 4th section back in the day, (early/middle 80's) and a talentless one at that. I did a lot of other stuff after I left CMQ, (REAL martial arts)haven't trained actively in a decade and a half and with 10% of what I learned elsewhere I would totally destroy this idiot. Hey Fat Boy, go join a boxing gym, muay tai, BJJ, anything else but OYD garbage.
