He had 8 chances during the SC debate to compare records and not once during the debate did he capitalize on any of his chances. I love RP. Believe in what he stands for, and will vote for him in NY when I get the chance. I actively promote his message and bring newcomers to his campaign every day. However I think we need him, to help us, help him. And to do this, he needs to be more aggressive.

If you played the game of Monopoly, would you simply throw out the rules and make up your own? Some people do, but then they end up with arguments and problems. However if you follow the rules, the game is fairly with no problems.
Ron Paul is simply advocating the US constitution, the rule book for our country. Why won't the other candidates support the rules of our nation? Maybe they want to make their own rules?

The petro-dollar is the single means of tying the fiat dollar internationally to an asset, giving it value. When the (partial) gold standard fell because we spent all the assets that we actually owned (gold), we simply replaced them with assets we didn't own (oil).

I wasn't aware that Ron Paul was in the military within the last few decades. A pacifist is the one who would spend 5 years and then get out because he doesn't like having to do what he is paid to do... which is be to a soldier.
Ron Paul is a pacifist and an isolationist. Anyone who cannot see that is blind.

You are aware that he says does not think religious extremism had anything to do with 9/11, then goes on to say it was because we were on their HOLY land, right? He is a pacifist. He says the only action we should take against genocide is a moral statement. He would have allowed every Jew on this planet to be murdered so long as no one threatened us personally. The world cannot afford for it's most powerful leader to be a pacifist in the face of genocide.

Do a youtube search for Ron Paul Stossel ... then watch part 3. He says he doesn't believe religion has anything to do with suicide bombings. He says Bin Laden would not lie. He says genocide is nothing that requires action of any kind other than to issue a moral statement.

I love Paul's ideas for homeland policy but his foreign policy ideals are totally pacifist. He screwed up because, while others were giving their answers, he was considering what he would do; because he has never considered how he would react to this type of situation; because he believes his pacifist policies would keep him from ever dealing with an enemy threat. In his diatribe he did not say what HE WOULD DO. He only stated his displeasure with what other people would do.

Less violence in Iraq does not mean weaker. By that estimate, we are weaker too. They have more recruits now then ever, and larger favor in the entire region. and operation ajax is primarily to blame for iran being our enemy; look that up. threatening an iraq style war on them only unites them against us and keeps the radicals in power.
