  • Ide love to hog tie each host and throw them in a cave where vampires dwell! hypatheticlly of course! (crosses fingers)

  • Brit Hume has always had this passive aggressive combativeness that pisses me off. I think 24 hour news networks suck but you didn't see this kind of conduct from MSNBC or CNN during the debates.

  • LOL LOOK AT MCCAIN!

  • The people laughing in the video are a bunch of sheep, I know Fox has tried over and over to discredit Ron paul. Did you hear what he said? war with Iran, and how old is this video? Its almost underway. Ron paul is the smartest man we have had on the peoples side in years. Please push to get him elected.

  • @gdog00187 Precisely! The masses are asses and I fucking can't stand it.

  • Ron paul failed on mind prejudejce techniques plus he tried to run away off the 911 question of truthters and those are names fox news put to them not themselves, but I would like to call myself truther becuase there are so many liethers

  • Meh...America doesn't deserve Ron Paul after laughing at him.

Him and his supportors need to move to a foreign land and call it Freedom Land.

  • I think they purposely were trying to make him look like a fool. Obviously they turned off his monitor so he couldn't hear anyone else. Unbelievable. Is there nobody in the mainstream media willing to stand up for freedom?

  • Conservatives are suicidal. They want an easy, unarticulate reason to attack Liberals, so they bring in somebody who is essentially a Liberal who likes to blow things up. It's crazy. John McCain would have had more credibility running as a Democrat than as a Republican, because when you're country is going to hell, death is more a matter of when than if. Do you die of starvation and poverty or in a war? Take your pick.

  • ...just have to show mccains reaction... looking like... "what the eff is he talking about?"

    THE TRUTH!!!

  • What Dr. Paul is speaking about are things he see's happening in the future. It's July 08 and we're getting closer and closer to the things he talked about.

  • Wow, he isn't afraid to say what's right.

  • Wow looking back on this, I didn't realize how big of douchebags the moderators always were to Ron Paul.

  • Anyone have the Mitt's response?

  • listen to these assholes laughing their country away. -FUCK FOX-

  • The host lies (what's new). Other candidates were certainly not urging caution or a passive response.

RP was spot on as usual - "Official Version of U.S.-Iranian Incident Starts to Unravel"

  • Paul has no idea what he's talking to,speed boats can surely sink a destroyer, and the military commanders are always expecting war thats the job. We don't want military ppl reluctant. We & have killers. its the way the world works. Paul followers r like sheep.

  • military commanders, I believe are also smart, and know for sure the face of war. I can guarantee you that even a 5th grader knows war does not come in speed boats.

  • Really, what was the spark that escalated Viet Nam? Its called provocation. Iran thinks China and /or Russia would help them if we waged war on Iran, China and Russia have experienced some success lately, but neither are ready for war with us, even as pathetic as most americans have become.

  • did not America come about as a means to get away from the rest of the world and violence done against them?

  • I would prefer it if we went back to basics. The truth the business men who benefit from global trade are steering us towards war.The US needs no "allies" or "tradepartners".We have all the resources we need, but our business men insist we need to trade to build our economy.WHo's economy?most americans only need the basic.I don't see us returning 2isolation do you?So how do we proceed?Bush has done so much to undo what we have accomplished in the last 40-50years

  • that's exactly what Ron Paul says, so what are you even talking about?

  • Im resonding to your comment to me. Forget about Ron Paul he's irrelevant.Has he got 10% of any primanry. People need to stop putting their hopes in politicians. Look at how enthralled democrats are with Obama. Its really pathetic how much hope americans put in one man, or how much blame they put on another man. Our problems are all of our responsibility, our solutions cannot come from a state, thats communism.

  • I hit the wrong (thumbs up button) Ron Paul is articulate, speaking what he believes to be the truth - he is entitled to have his opinion heard in a rational way to his his honorable and rational answers to what are clearly questions formatted to discredit his view.

    Geez.

  • Ron Paul For Freedom!2008

  • fucking stupid reporter, ron is the man, he would make me vote republican i think

  • The hosts of the debate get on my nerves!! They're such lap dogs!

    RON PAUL ROCKS!!

  • Look at how they try to make fun of him! You can sense their fear and intimidation of a man with a brain! Everyother candidate just wants to play it like business as usual...America can not survive another four years of business as usual! We Need Drastic Change! Vote Ron Paul!

  • Comment removed

  • Ron Paul - REAL change, REAL hope

  • He did answer the question...

His answer was the same as the rest. Do nothing.

Rules of engagement are the same in every branch. Do not fire until fired upon.

    It's that simple.

Why is Fox asking the STUPIDEST questions at a Presidential debate when the American people are looking for leadership.

  • I agree with you 100%. The media thinks we are stupid, and they have lost touch with America.

  • Its funny ....people in America are Dumb...but mark my words....as we get deeper in to Election we are going to have more alerts, more problems from Iran, Pakistan, the whole world is going to come attacking us....brought to you by the corporate media to scare u to get in to more stupid wars....and bankrupt America....Well too bad see if I care...Americans are so stupid my God....

  • Two words Mr. Paul about speed boats....USS Cole. Guess he missed that attack on our US Ship.

  • Well if you have war ships all over the world, is it so surprising that one gets attacked? But don't worry about'em US Ships, cuz' good ole' economics is America's biggest threat, not some tiny rubber boats!

Go Ron Paul, show that Americans have some backbone!

    Compliments from Europe...

  • anyone notice how thompson was trying to interrupt paul near the end? it looks like fox and some of the other candidates have been trying to setup ron paul to look like a fool.

  • The Pentagon admits that the audio of threatening voices wasn't even directed at the US Navy, but it came simultaneously during the "confrontation".

Coincidence? It's is not rather the adminstration and its goons are stirring the public after the NIE report quieted fears.

  • All this shows is Paul is a nut. Nobody said anything about WW3. He makes up stuff as he goes along. Is it me or does he sound like a Frank Purdue chicken commercial?

  • Where have you been? It was the president himself who brought up the possibility of starting WW3 to protect Israel.

  • too bad we didn't have so many "nuts" before we decided to go to war in vietnam

  • WE NEED MORE NUTS! Rational thinking nuts, who obey the constitution, whose mic the corporate owned souless fucks of fuax news can cut in the middle of a question in a pathetic attempt to make him look like a rambling old man. And the rest of the candidates who repeatedly laugh, and the demonic trolls who ask these inane fucking questions: can eat shit.

  • Ron Paul is my second choice.

    Fox is BANNED.

  • What Ron Paul was saying apparently went over the head of Brit Hume.

  • You've resorted to questioning my manhood, asking me if I have something to hide (as if I am a terrorist), and you've thrown the tired claim of Bush-bashing. Please go read 1984, and Brave New World by Aldous Huxley at your convenience.

  • I had no idea this was a comedy routine. I just kept wondering what the laughing was all about when talking about real issues. I think the moderator needs to learn what words mean. Ron Paul began his reply with "i would urge more caution than I am hearing". laughter at a candidates response is a sure sign of bias. these people should be bull whipped. laugh at that.

  • Hahahahaaa!! Ron Paul was made to look the fool when he was called on his fucking exaggerated "facts" that I have seen him say time and time again. Damn sad how you Ron-bots eat his BULLSHIT up.

  • "i would urge more caution than I am hearing".

That is a sure sign of 'BULLSHIT', to restrain from unduly putting american kids, most notably my cousin, in harms way. I dare you to come out to southern california to tell me that.

  • Ohhh FUCK you, bitch... you and your veiled threat. I caught your Poo Paul in another moment of utter exaggeration. That's right, I SAID IT! I busted him, deal with it, bitch. If I was back in southern California(I grew up there) I would DAMN well ask for your address and tell it to you straight to your FACE. Asshole Ron-bot. (o_O)

  • are you talking to me, luna? i live in 763 s. san pedro ave. downtown l.a. come deck me bitch. i'm 6'7, black, and I have no problem defending myself against violent attackers possibly weilding weapons that could endanger my life. legally, i'm afforded the right to knock you the fuck out.

  • Hey, dude. I am a sniper by Army training. Be right there, punk. I have no problem picking you off like a dried booger in my nose. Got 15 years of karate and boxing (Army taught). Be there soon. I hope you also understand that Ru Paul will NOT win... fight the lost cause. Loser.

  • My God. You're like a child. I can't believe I was duped into arguing with you. BYE! come use your imaginary sniper rifle and imaginary army training to KILL someone. loooooooooooool.

  • Heh heh.... gotcha, skinny wigger. :D Ron-bots are sooooo easy to reel in. HAHAHAHAHAAAAA!

  • gulf of tonkin wasn't exaggeration? that's the real misdirected threat - that if we don't police the world, we are doomed. yet it precisely the reason our civilians have been attacked.

  • time out. The gulf of tonkin was a false flag operation executed by the US govt! So are you saying that if we don't continue our question for global government we as humans are doomed? Do you work for the CFR?! Ill give you a reading list if necessary

  • *quest...not question......typo

  • take what i said and re-read it, and take your opinions and reverse them. policing the entire world is a misguided notion that we will be safer by getting involved in other people's conflicts. in reality, it only makes us many organizations their unexpected enemy. it is solely to blame for 9/11. to hell w/ cfr

  • In all seriousness RP needs to become more aggressive during the debates. He should be actively comparing his voting record to the other candidates. RP's record is outstanding. More conservative than any other. For him to have a chance and to be taken more seriously by the mainstream he NEEDS to be more aggressive. Particularly during debates.

  • Ron has been standing hard on his voting record. The problem is he doesn't get much air time and many who hear him do not take the time to check his record to see that he is genuine and honest in his desire to restore civil liberties.

That's why we need you to continue spreading his message and bringing others into the game. The following grows day by day. This is a revolution, one that is long over due. We plan to be here and we plan to win!

    Ron Paul 2008!

  • He had 8 chances during the SC debate to compare records and not once during the debate did he capitalize on any of his chances. I love RP. Believe in what he stands for, and will vote for him in NY when I get the chance. I actively promote his message and bring newcomers to his campaign every day. However I think we need him, to help us, help him. And to do this, he needs to be more aggressive.

  • This is disgusting to anyone who can think past these neo-con hacks. Isn't interesting when Dr. Paul is responding you can hear Hume in the background mumbling something to one of the other hacks and the next thing you know Hume is interupting Dr.Paul with his attempt to influnce an already predominatly bias audience. Whats really good is that you can hear Fred Thompson in the background objecting to Hume that,"I don't know if that was passive."

  • This video does not contain the ? But clearly RP is smart enough to forsee our posible intents in the region and whether the incedent is real or contrived we should not rush to judgement. Always a good policy. Also whats up with his ear piece?

  • If you played the game of Monopoly, would you simply throw out the rules and make up your own? Some people do, but then they end up with arguments and problems. However if you follow the rules, the game is fairly with no problems.

Ron Paul is simply advocating the US constitution, the rule book for our country. Why won't the other candidates support the rules of our nation? Maybe they want to make their own rules?

Ron Paul crazy? No. He's the only logically thinking, sane candidate.

  • BClub- "Ron Paul crazy?" YES! Bat shit crazy. Crazy to think that he's the ONLY person who follows the Constitution. Crazy to suggest that Islamic Jihad is all America's fault. Crazy to think if we just leave them alone, they'll leave us alone. Really CRAZY to continually imply there's global conspiracies of a new world order and sinister plots to attack him. Someone like that should be hospitalized next to Britney Spears not running for the Presidency!

  • He's not responding to the question asked as much he is to the response of the other candidates. Each were supporting a threating position of military strength. Paul is simply saying that we need to change our tactic to achieve different results. Follow the constitution.

  • Yes!

But that's too hard to understand for these guys.

  • Sorry but no candidate is "supporting a threatening position of military strength" in this debate, as you describe. Ron Paul is trying to paint the picture of the other candidates as being warmongers when, especially in this particular case being directly addressed in this video with Iran, they are not.

BTW- RP laughs at the idea of 5 speed boats. Has he ever seen footage of the USS Cole?

  • Morr- Maybe if you would actually listen, you could hear what Mitt, Mike, Thompson, rudy and McCain are saying. They are all advocating staying in Iraq and none have taken a first strike against Iran off the table. All options are very much open.

I'm certain RP is fully aware of the USS Cole incident. 5 20' Speed boats are not a concern for a destroyer with 2 back up ships. What would it serve to start another war over a few patrol boats doing their job? Wake up dopey.

  • bdadeo- "All options are very much open" NO SHIT SHERLOCK!! All options should ALWAYS be open. It doesn't mean it is GOING to be used. Why would we handcuff ourselves and say unequivicably that force would NEVER be used EVER.

"Speed boats are not a concern for a destroyer with 2 backup ships" BULLSHIT!! 17 people were killed and 39 injured during the Cole attack. Two ships in the vicinity would not have stopped the attack you ignorant toolbox!!

  • You won't think he's crazy when there is a black boot pressed firmly against your face because you left your "papers" at home. We are headed for a fascist police state in which there will be NO RIGHTS, if people don't wake up. Look at what is happening to the Bill of Rights.

  • Please ask yourself this question:

Are my rights as an American more or less protected now than they were 10 years ago?

    Look at the pattern!

  • reflectivgoat- Are rights are ever-so-slightly less than they were 10 years ago. BUT, it's not because someone is on a power trip or just feels like fucking with us. CLEARLY TIMES HAVE CHANGED. I was in NYC on 9/11, were you?? Did you see the footage of people jumping from skyscrapers? And don't give me the slippery slope argument either. Obviously, we should monitor our civil liberties but I'm fine with where they're at now.

  • Show me how the implementation of the Patriot Act has improved our safety. Expain to me the purpose of Presidential Directive 51 that was recently signed into law by President Bush.

  • Very easy...has there been another 9/11? Have the terrorists tried? I don't know where you live in Texas but I commute between NYC and PHILLY both cities are high on the terrorists hit list so if they want to check my email that I send over seas to help weed out these radicals, go for it... I've got nothing to hide. Do you?

  • You attribute the fact that there hasn't been another attack to the legislation? That is a very convenient conclusion, but not supportable with facts.

  • Actually, it's much more convenient for you to ignore it and continue bashing Bush. It's fun, popular and in a lot of cases accurate but his few successes your not man enough to admit. QUITE SAD

  • I haven't bashed Bush. Are you equating policy criticism to Bush-bashing?

  • Aw, come on. Let's not be childish.

  • "reflectivgoat- Are rights are ever-so-slightly less than they were 10 years ago."

Morr6565, you think that the loss of your right to habeas corpus is slightly less? Tell me, are you kidding or are you ignorant? What about the bill in the house HR1955, taking away your right to assembly and discussion of issues contrary to that of the administration's. Do you follow any of these issues? Even slightly?

  • reflectivegoat- "We are headed for a fascist police state in which there will be NO RIGHTS." Don't dare say others are using fear mongering when you clearly use the same tactics. There must be a balance between freedom and security. Don't allow your paranoia to get the best of you!

  • Just how much freedom are you willing to give up, and for how much security? If security were the primary concern in the implementation of the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, and the Presidential Directive 51, why is our southern border wide open?

  • You are telling me, from New York, that we were attacked. I am telling you from Texas that we are being invaded, and open to invasion by terrorists with whatever nuclear device they can obtain! No concern!!!

  • OF COURSE OUR BORDERS NEED TO BE SECURED!!! What's your point?

  • Wow... Ok, just to let you know- Nothing has been done to fortify our weakest vulnerability, which is the southern border. If security were a priority, don't you think we would be building a wall instead of permanent military bases in Iraq?

  • Just to let YOU know...the terrorists that DID strike inside the US did not cross from Mexico!! So while it should not be allowed to happen in the future, there are other concerns like making sure our economy doesn't cease by Syria and Iran getting a hold of Iraqi oil. And your supposition that we can't both secure our borders AND secure our oil interests in Iraq is just wrong.

  • So either you admit that we went into Iraq for oil interest, or you are going to tell me that we didn't, but that we were simply concerned about the unkind regime in a country that just happened to possess the second largest oil reserve in the world...

  • I've said making sure Saddam didn't shut off the oil was "more important." HOWEVER THE TWO ARE NOT MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE! Your either or mentality is flawed.

  • What?

  • Even if no terrorists have entered from Mexico up to this point, that doesn't mean that the border doesn't need to be fortified.

  • The patent on fear mongering is owned by Rudolph Giuliani:"vote for me or face another 9/11."

Ron Paul is warning of the dangers of the current pre-emptive strike strategy that creates hatred for us throughout the world. That is not fear mongering. By the way, how are we going to pay for this world occupation that you seem to advocate?

  • HUH, that's weird...I don't remember advocating for "world occupation." Ron Paul is NOT ONLY WARNING OF THE DANGER OF THE CURRENT PRE-EMPTIVE STRIKE STRATEGY. If he was, I would agree with him. That's a stupid stupid policy. My problem is he insists on the OTHER EXTREME of NON-INTERVENTION WHICH BY DEFINITION HOLD THAT THERE CAN BE NO MILITARY ENGAGEMENT THAT IS NOT RELATED TO DIRECT TERRITORIAL SELF-DEFENSE.

  • Why do you think we are in Iraq?

  • Two reasons: I think Bush did believe Saddam was making WMD's and more importantly, Bush didn't trust Saddam to keep the oil flowing...I think it's clear that going in there was a big mistake. What about Afghanistan? Being from the so called "non-intervention" school, we should have allowed Bin Laden to continue launching attacks from there?

  • The topic is pre-emptive war- Iraq and, soon to be, Iran. Going into Afghanistan is not pre-emptive because bin Laden was responsible and he was believed to be there. Please stick to the subject- I have no interest in drifting into these other areas.

  • Well this isn't an iterrogation. So if you're not going to answer my questions, I'm not going to answer yours. our mlitary "intervened" in the politics of the Afghan government. Our military continues to engage enemies and it's not for direct territorial self-defense. How do you reconcile that? Do you not believe fully in the doctrine? If we didn't have bases in Europe, how could we launched the attacks into Afghanistan?

  • You don't need a base in Europe to go into Afghanistan. I interpret your statement as an indication that you believe there is a need for bases in other countries for simply the chance that we would need to launch from there at some point.

  • As a practical matter you absolutely do need a base in Europe to go into Afghanistan. If you can't see that, your hopeless!

  • There doesn't need to be an American base in Europe in order to go into Afghanistan.

  • By the way, the Civil War is over. You can stop accusing your brethren of being less patriotic than you.

  • "keep the oil flowing" -> you are partly right - he wanted to keep the oil flowing EXCLUSIVELY FOR DOLLARS. The petro-dollar is the single means of tying the fiat dollar internationally to an asset, giving it value. When the (partial) gold standard fell because we spent all the assets that we actually owned (gold), we simply replaced them with assets we didn't own (oil).

  • meambobbo- The only way oil is tied to the dollar is that our economy cannot operate efficiently without it. The same exact way it was tied to the dollar when we were on the gold standard. We are not STEALING oil as many like to infer. We simply must not allow anyone else to shut off the tap.

  • no, i didn't make up the "petrodollar", and i'd advise you to research petrodollar warfare. iraq, iran, saudi arabia, canada, venezuela are all tied to our foreign policy because of this in some way or another. i never said we are stealing, but we are essentially regulating a world economy, policing it with warfare and arms sales.

  • explain

  • bobjimjones--Ron Paul was literally arguing the point with himself. He's defending the fact that the commander of the Navy ship used caution when dealing with Iran and not one candidate suggested the Commander should have done any different! I know, there's a conspiracy by FOX to not allow old Ron to hear the rest of the candidates.

  • Fox is so biased, but Ron Paul is on top of things and is showing his superiority to their childish remarks. He repeatedly puts them back in the dog house every time they cheap shot him.

  • After watching this being laughed at, even by the other politicians on stage, I have truly begun to lose hope in America. I can't believe this is what we have become. We can't see what's coming.

  • McCain needs to do ten more years in a North Vietnamese prison.

  • I don't see how doing one month of service, and then getting shot down, like McCain, makes you a hero. Someone like Chuck Yagel(sp?) did several years in-country, across multiple tours of duty. Someone like that is much more a hero. Incompetence or bad luck shouldn't be lauded.

  • I agree.

  • As much as I may dislike him as a politician, McCain did more than just getting shot down to be considered a hero. You should read up on his bio during the prison time. He was repeatedly tortured and bean to sign a confession of US war crimes. He refused to budge and held out for ten years. That is no small task...give the man some credit.

    Ron Paul 2008!

  • he who speaks the truth gets ridiculed, it's so typical for this day and age...

  • w w w.freeatlast2008.c o m <---Link to the next MONEY BOMB!

Over 7,000 people have already pledged!

Spread the word and lets make it 20,000!

    w w w.ronpaul2008.c o m

  • I like how Brit trys to throw Ron Paul off. But, like always, Ron Paul wins.

    Ron Paul 2008!

  • McCain's look on this face is funny. Looks like he can't follow Ron's logics.

  • The look on mc cains face says it all. Ron paul makes perfectly logical and true statement and these guys act like he is trying to hit baseball pitch with a tennis racket.

My how far we've come. Gas station clerks in suits.

  • Was that Giuliani laughing like the Riddler?

Skip to 8:15 on this video for a comparison:

    youtube. com/watch?v=Abe01Udzmrs

  • Fucking fox news trying to catch Ron Paul in the wrong. Luckily he's not a fucking liar like every other politician and he can use sensible information to get himself out of it. Fuck you, fox news.

  • I am so sick of McCain, he is such a phony.

  • Loved the shot of McCain, he looked so disappointed about not having a reason to bomb Iran. Then when Dr. Paul could`nt hear what was being said they all start laughing, what a bunch of fucking assholes. They are scared of Ron Paul. Sissy`s, esp. Mitt Romney...what is a "Mitt" anyway, a bug of some sort?

  • I love the part where he pumps his fist and says "LOOKING for the chance."

    Such a straight-talker.

    Ron Paul 2008 FTMFW

  • this guy always makes sense...

  • Ron Paul Owns EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! FLAWLESS!

  • Funny how every time Dr. Paul made a hard point, the others would laugh at him and then turn directly around and prove his point perfectly. Watch the debate again. He is also the ONLY one who talks about SPECIFIC ways to bring the changes the others can never seem to pin down. Take America back, vote Ron Paul.

  • If there was a dispute of ownership of the house than perhaps a rush to judgement is not a good policy when supporting one side as a third party. "One side of the story sounds good to a man"

  • the logical thing to do is, of course, tell all your kids to try to fight the robbers while you look and cheer them on, and when they die, you tell them how brave they are, right?

  • Having read several of your post I can state without question that you don't seem to have a clue about anything you allegedly write about. Why would a pacifist spend 5 years in the military. He is not an isolationist, maybe you need a dictionary, or maybe you just have your head up your ......... ?

  • I wasn't aware that Ron Paul was in the military within the last few decades. A pacifist is the one who would spend 5 years and then get out because he doesn't like having to do what he is paid to do... which is be to a soldier.

Ron Paul is a pacifist and an isolationist. Anyone who cannot see that is blind.

  • Yup. It is quite apparent you know very little.

  • You are aware he was drafted into the military, right? You did know that, right? Are you aware that he states he does not think Bin Laden would lie? You are aware that he says does not think religious extremism had anything to do with 9/11, then goes on to say it was because we were on their HOLY land, right? He is a pacifist. Not everyone who disagrees with you is stupid. Most of us are just accurate.

  • ClassMissFancy---I agree with you on ONE issue only. I admire your work against animal abuse. With respect to Ron Paul you still honestly don't have a clue. So just go with your pick, Hillary

put your energy into that, and stop slandering a man you have very little insight on. It is simple, Your arguments show a gross misunderstanding of the core concepts hence lack any credibility. So please spare us all and go lick stamps for Hillary. Nuff said.

  • I would sooner shoot myself in the head than vote for Hillary. I am a Republican. You have answered none of my points about him. He says Bin Laden would not lie. He says the only action we should take against genocide is a moral statement. He would have allowed every Jew on this planet to be murdered so long as no one threatened us personally. The world cannot afford for it's most powerful leader to be a pacifist in the face of genocide.

  • ClassyMiss Osama "Bin Laden would not lie" context please.

" He would of allowed Every Jew on the planet to be Murdered" Obviously an exceedingly subjective and very odd opinion. Genocide--- Armenia,Darfur,Rwanda,Cambodia etc. unless it is in our interest we do NOTHING. What is your point. Here is my point. Every other Rep/Dem is on the same team. Them vs us. Paul addresses core issues the rest are aware of but will not touch,EVER ! So who do you support?

  • Do a youtube search for Ron Paul Stossel ... then watch part 3. He says he doesn't believe religion has anything to do with suicide bombings. He says Bin Laden would not lie. He says genocide is nothing that requires action of any kind other than to issue a moral statement.

  • I love Paul's ideas for homeland policy but his foreign policy ideals are totally pacifist. He screwed up because, while others were giving their answers, he was considering what he would do; because he has never considered how he would react to this type of situation; because he believes his pacifist policies would keep him from ever dealing with an enemy threat. In his diatribe he did not say what HE WOULD DO. He only stated his displeasure with what other people would do.

  • Fancy - " Homeland " I see you have already bought the Gov/media BS. The United States of America, The Republic,

America. U.S.A. NOT the fuckin HOMELAND.

    DHS="The Reichspropagandaleitung"

  • Miss Fancy-Ok, I watched Stossel. Religion and Suicide,Paul refs; Iran an Sudan the most radical muslim countries but no suicide bombers. Bin Laden, No reason to lie about why he attacked American interests. Genocide-Dufar (stupid) Pol Pot1985 1-2 mil Cambodians. Iraq1988

100.000 kurds. Rwanda etc. U.S.A. watched, NOT an original Paul concept. So I really don't get it.

  • This part was hilarious! He made such a fool of himself and then the audience laughed at him. Poor guy...still, it was pretty funny.

  • sorry but we dont need mr. magoo as president. lets just vote for beaver cleaver.

  • So you want war mongers?

  • How'd he look foolish again? I didn't understand what was funny.

  • He just had a senile moment, Ronald Reagan (who Ron Paul was great friends with) had them too. It comes with age, it is to be expected.

But remember, it is his message of freedom we have to see. He is just a mere man, FREEDOM!

    Vote Dr Paul!

end this tyranny! End this nonsense!

  • oh yah if I was 18 I'd sure vote for him. But that's coming in two years unfortunately.

I'm not into politics that much, but everyone is amazed at how obsessive I am with Ron Paul! Even I am! Heck, when my classmates mention other repubs, I argue back with Ron Paul, and chaos starts! But I'm not lettin anybody, even ignorant teens around my age talk crap about Ron!!

  • BRAVO! Young man, Brains and Balls. Print out the talking points from Pauls website they can't debate facts.

  • Thank you! But I think you meant young lady :P

  • the look on this guys face when brit hume explained about the other candidates was priceless. call it a day mr paul

  • Rackers32 and ClassyMissFancy might care to ck out HB 1955 and SB 1959--Paul did not vote for them. The Gov. will now place its focus on YOU " The American born Home grown TERRORIST. Have a good life under the watchful eye of big brother and most certainly vote for any of the others that did support this bill.

  • When they have kids in a shitty society, they're going to be wondering why they were int hat mess.

Do you know why? Becuase everyone ignored the warnings of the founding fathers, but that's what you get for being gullible...

  • If he didn't hear the question... he should have been assertive and asked for it to be repeated. Instead... he attempted to attack his opponents based on what he assumed they said... and in the process... made a fool of himself. He is not the first politician to make a fool of himself. While he wont be president.. he will get over this. I suggest you "Paulians" do the same.

  • Well his attacking his opponents because they are opponents as Huckabee once attack Paul with the honor statement. Also you are attacking him with the previous comments. So don't be so Classy when you are paradoxical Miss.

  • He wants to be president of the most prominent nation on the planet. If he needs the youtube crowd feeling sorry for him over THIS... he will last about a week under the media scrutiny to which a Republican president who defeats the Clinton political machine will be subjected.

  • He's a strong man.

You know why? Because he is for the truth. And the truth is not afraid my friend.

  • "The Truth Fears no trial"

    Vote Dr. Paul!

  • You Ron Paul people act like a group of offended siblings taking up for their retarded little brother. If you truly want this man for president... you MUST believe he can stand up for himself and he doesn't need you acting as though he needs your sympathy and pity for being *picked on* in a biased debate in which he CHOSE to participate. He knew going in to this that Fox was not friendly ground for him. They didn't even allow him to participate in their last debate.

  • That year, a civil nuclear co-operation program was established under the U.S. Atoms for Peace program. In 1967, the Tehran Nuclear Research Center (TNRC) was established, run by the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI). The TNRC was equipped with a U.S.-supplied, 5-megawatt nuclear research reactor, which became operational in 1967 and was fueled by highly enriched uranium.[11] Iran signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1968 and ratified it in 1970

  • The foundations for Iran's nuclear program were laid after a 1953, CIA-supported coup deposed democratically-elected Prime Minister Mohammed Mossadegh and brought Shah (King) Mohammad Reza Pahlavi to power. By 1957, the West judged the regime sufficiently stable and friendly that nuclear proliferation would not become a threat.

  • FOX is trying to smear Ron Paul every chance they get. I love how the crowd boos the shit out of Romney for that cheap jab at Paul the end for those of you who watched the debate

  • crap now i gotta watch the whole thing

  • fox took out alot of ron's replies when they reran the debate.

  • Iran is not a threat. And if they ever become one, they will be dealt with. Ron was totally correct about the policy angle.

  • how would ron paul deal with them.

Ask iran why they dont like us and then do what ever iran says so they will leave us alone.

  • wheelnchef, if you stepped foot onto my yard, and I told you to leave, how would you react? Shouldn't you listen to me and get off my property? Or should you just be stubborn and say "no, i'm strong and im not going to give in"... It's a bit foolish don't you think?

The pro-war folks are behaving in exactly this manner.

  • if you were trying to build weapons to hurt me or my friends no i would not leave. I would stay to make sure you do the right thing.

  • Yes but what if I was building weapons due to the fact that you are on my property in the first place??

  • but you already told the whole neighborhood your intention is to wipe your neighbor of the map. thats why your building the weapons.

  • and we told the world we entered iraq to bring peace and fight terrorism. since that time, there has been no peace, and Al Qaeda has become much stronger. Politicians lie. Get used to it. You think an Arab leader can remain in power by saying, "America is right. We should all bow down to their whim." No, they seek their sovereignty. But if they actually seek warfare with Israel, it's Iran, not Israel, that will get buried. They know that - the threatening language is political pander

  • Al Qaeda is much weaker. Its called the surge. Look it up. Iran is not looking for sovreignty its looking for death to isreal and America.

Listen to your enemies. If youdo not, when the attack comes youll sit there and say how did this happen when they were telling youit was coming all along.

  • Less violence in Iraq does not mean weaker. By that estimate, we are weaker too. They have more recruits now then ever, and larger favor in the entire region. and operation ajax is primarily to blame for iran being our enemy; look that up. threatening an iraq style war on them only unites them against us and keeps the radicals in power.

  • we are not sparking violence. they are. theefore if the violence is less then alqeada is weaker. I know you hate america but it doesnt change facts.
