You're awesome! To make room for your knees without lifting your butt, maybe you could extend your arms fully and rest on your hands, like you were at the top of a pushup. I'll try it and see it it's possible... yep, I just tried it. It's really hard, but possible-- I'm sure you'll do better at it than I just did.
@TimothyChenAllen I though about that but figured planks were always on the forearms, the press-up position made it tough on my shoulders but it's meant to be a core stability exercise.
you didn't put your arms in correct position...check this vid: /watch?v=e8dVp54FHT8&NR=1...if you want it harder, just put your hands further ahead...cool tho :)
@sandibanovic My arms are in the same position as that guy, palms down would have been better to stop me slipping, and later in the video I did it with arms crossed to be harder.
@eightyeightdays I think it has it's natural curve until my knee comes in the bends. Could probably have rotated my pelvis in a bit though to flatten it.
Mens Health is just as ridiculous over there then :)

I managed 1 minute but last 10 seconds was a bit 'Archie Mitchell'. I'll continue to do these I think.

@CallumPK Archie? I figured they aren't as hard as mens health made out.
