control panel > change keyboard or other input > admin > language for non-unicode programs

Go to the link provided in the description, at the top there is a link to mediafire where all simfiles by Zelda-YEH.

I'm having problems with simfiles that use Japanese characters in the filenames unless I'm using jap app-locale (in SM4 SVN, newest rev), so you might need to change the filenames. (Song Title will still show up correctly in SM)

Somehow I always misjudge the difficulty and think it is harder when watching it as vid.. Maybe because I use a slower speedmod? (4x)

Hadn't noticed that beginner[13] and easy was harder since there where no gap in the difficulties. (The skin I currently only show difficulty for currently selected difficulty.)
