I have to agree after being a Sr. Security Engineer and ealing wtih Microshaft for 13 years.. I had it.. Just moved all my stuff over to Ubuntu.. Loving it so far. Still elaring the ins and outs but I see no real reason to ever consider Vista..

Just a little adjustment but as for work related stuff I was able to get back to work the following day after I installed ubuntu

Now for the cube stuff and eye candy:-)

I run Ubuntu edgy too, I am happy it was one of the google results when I typed linux, I was heavy Windose fan for 7 years, after 1 day in linux I deleted winXP forever, I can run all my games and apps in linux through Wine/Cedega and I now have a real custom OS with aero glass(beryl) and the dock :D

i have ubuntu edgy and beryl 2.1 running on a pentium 4 with 512 of RAM and a 64 mb integrated graphics card.

it runs FLAWLESSLY

where can i get the osx dock ? ( does it work in gnome/dapper drake 6.06 ? )

download in synaptic gdesklet and then search for toolbar in the programm
