actually hes right ,on the who remaster of odds and sods theres an early version of it ,(track 3.)the song was done by marvin gaye in 64'the who was doing it as early as 65'the bands version was 71' u do the math

love the band and am a huge who fan....really did you think the band was the only one allowed to cover someones song....wakeup guy..lol! so actually this is the band doing the who doing marvin gaye..
