P.S. When you go onto MW2 and use the profile, here is what you do! 1: start MW2 DON'T BE SIGNED IN!!!!!

2.go to multiplayer. sign into the modded account!!!

3. click on xbox LIVE it mwill say sign into a dif.. profile click OK and sign into your NORMAL account! CONGRTATS click xbox LIVE and enjoy ur modded GamerTag! SUbscribe RAte Comment!!!

You can't get banned, it still shows your original gamertag on your profile, only in-game can you see the mod, so Microsoft can never tell. Plus, its not like you're ruining the game with no-recoil mods or Aimbots.
