Huh? Wot do u mean by "water problem people". 1st time in Philippine history this kind of flooding occured. It's bcuz d govt opened up Angat & Ipo dams in Bulacan. There are heaps of casualties bcuz not enuf warning was given 2 people by Pagasa. Move somewhere else? Where to? Don't u read news? 80% of Metro Manila was/is flooded.
Instead of giving stupid remarks on this site, pls say 1 or 2 prayers to people affected by Ondoy.
