Michael Quercio and Scott Miller co-wrote the song actually. It appeared on Game Theory's The Big Shot Chronicles in 1986, then on The Three O'Clock's Arrive Without Travelling in 1987.

Yep, on the Alias reissue. this is a bonus track. I believe the song was written by Michael Quercio of The Three O'Clock, actually.
