@shadowman2192@24h0peMC I think the adults are what ultimately ruined the feel for the movie. Yes, we do underestimate the true darkness children possess, but the adults were completely oblivious to something so obvious. They were actually less intelligent here than how it really is in real life.
@shadowman2192 and that was my point. Whenever you get parents/gaurdians like that, it tends to be annoying to watch, like in Karate Kid w/ Jaden Smith. He tells her how "every" student beats on him every time he goes to school out of sheer racism, but she doesn't even listen to him. This also happened in Everybody Hates Chris, when he told his mom about it, and she replied, "You not there 4 friends, you there 4 an education." That aspect is annoying, but "all" the adults did it in this movie.
