well according to the details and hints i've been getting from various sources, approx 6 months - 3 years. i'd say (to everybody) just to be on the prepared side, start considering future survival tactics that you feel would be helpful to whatever you expect. even if you never use the skills you learn, you'll still be have them and that's always a good thing.

i am having a hard time even imagining what a depression today would be like. Is anyone with a mortgage going to be forced out of their homes? No one i know fully owns their homes :(
