  • LOLOL triggers LOLOL

  • LOLOL triggers LOLOL

  • just cause ure fast as balls doesnt mean shit/once i built my indurence the same for the last for years and death metal technique i asked myself why the fuck?im about talent and in drumming that lies in ure RUDEMENTS incorperated with ure TECHNIQUE such as ghost notes flamnadiddles for starters and such, for ALL US/U DRUMMERS that want to be a GREAT,somone u know and can understand being in my opinion the best deathmetaldrummer ever,WATCH MELVIN GOULLARD'S(necrophag.D) newinstruc. teaching vids.

  • @talentmetalspcialist First of all. Everyone has it`s OWN PREFERENCE in whatever type of drumming they/you play. Of course i know that rudiments are escential and important in a drummers practice, but you need to understand that those that only focus on speed and leave the principals behind are just ignoring where drumming starts, as well all the elements that can be applied to the music. I`ve seen so many DVD`s that it is more than clear that theres more than just speed!

  • nice cover

  • @djgpk Thank you!

    Cheers \m/

  • Gravity like a motherfucker.

  • fucking mutant. how do I put in the unlimited endurance cheat code?

  • @88alec88 Hahaha. There is no cheat at all, but...The code is P R A C T I C E!

    Cheers \m/

  • Shoulda stole this version

  • for my own confidence... ima just make myself believe this is put in fastfowarded

  • Awesome cover man just wish your drums were a little bit louder. But again sick cover.

  • @mrbdig Thanks man! Yeah, i know. I didn`t know how to edit very much back then, plus YT always has some bad conversion going on once you upload it. The newer covers will be edited with a better software and mixed properly, thanks for stopping by!

    Cheers \m/

  • it looks like you keep going into fast forward

  • @ManOSteel2121 Haha. You can say that ^^

    Cheers \m/

  • Nice snare work, those gravity blasts are incredible!!!!

  • @Drumwannabe17 Thanks!! yeah, took me some time and practice to nail them haha.

    Cheers \m/

  • Nice playing man!

    Cheers \m/

  • Sir I must say you are not human (In a good way lol)

  • @UnFaliedMusic Hahaha. Thanks for the comment man, it`s all about practice and getting your stuff down. Other wise i wouldn`t make it through this song!

    Cheers \m/

  • If you haven't heard Throne of entrails go look them up now!!!!!

  • Holy crap in a hat

  • @novembre8211 Hahaha.

    Cheers \m/

  • Are you...how the...Wow...

  • @darthsasuke554 Hahaha. The answer is PRACTICE!!

    Cheers \m/

HAHA.

  • kinda sounds like your left hand needs to play a little catch-up while you're blasting. your kicks and gravities impressed me, from what i could hear and see. certainly a lot better than i could do. i also see this is old-ish.

  • @confettiembolism666 Thanks mate. Yeah, its a hard song!! I had to warm up very well to keep up, anyone can do this, its all about practice and more practice then you will eventually get there someday. Yep, the cover is a bit old but certainly not my latest since i don`t have my acoustic kit anymore i haven`t posted more stuff, i have a e-kit but i don`t feel comfortable playing it, i`ll post more videos as soon i get another acoustic kit!

    Cheers \m/

  • @giansk8er yeah, i'm hoping i can get up to this sometime soon. gravity blasts on a 10" snare are kind of a bitch haha...

  • @confettiembolism666 Awesome, you just need to practice and have the attitude! Haha, not really. I sold most of my stuff to get new things later on, and now i have a Mapex MPX 10x5.5 steel snare left, you´ll watch it in action once i get to upload another cover! Haha.

    Cheers \m/

  • @giansk8er damn, i want a steel 10"! i have a maple firecracker - sounds awesome, but doesn't resonate enough for my tastes. i'd like it to be more obnoxious than it already is haha

  • Holy shit, this is ridiculous

  • @LichKingSkullWart Hahaha. Brain Drill IS ridiculous alright!!

    Cheers \m/

  • do nile or a good fast band. brain drill is just ridiculous

  • @TheBRENDANSON I did cover a Nile song, but is not tight and i sucked at it! i have a couple of more covers in my channel if you would like to check them out. I`m not as good as other drummers out there, but atleast i give it a try! Haha.

    Cheers \m/

  • @giansk8er alright sick any behemoth?

  • @TheBRENDANSON Yeah. Two of them, Slaves shall serve (oldish) and Ov fire and the Void (not to old)

  • i am so glad i dont do this type of drumming lol, it just seems, obnoxious lmao

  • @jaqua524 Good for you man. To each it`s own!

    Cheers \m/

  • @giansk8er wooooooooooo

  • @jaqua524 Haha.

    Cheers \m/

  • weapon

  • @jimzero1 Haha. Thanks mate! You got weapons as well.

    Cheers \m/

  • Fast

  • @MaverickJimBob You can say is fast in terms of blasts and free hand/gravity blasts. In double bass is like i don`t know, around 220 bpm`s.

    Cheers \m/

  • @giansk8er Yeah. What is your technique for sustaining the left hand snare hits.

  • @MaverickJimBob It`s just straight wrist and fingers, plus alot of practice to built stamina and resistance. You can practice with a metronome and increase the tempo depending on how long you can maintain constant notes or hits and be comfortable. Example, set the metronome at 80/100/120 or higher for 30 secs with your left hand and then 30 secs with your right, then alternate single strokes for a minute. I do that untill i reach my max tempo.

  • @giansk8er Thanks for that.

  • @MaverickJimBob Your welcome mate. Anytime!

    Cheers \m/

  • i bet that drummer hates going on tour

  • @sanjinator17 Actually. I have never gone on tour (YET) but i will for sure soon, i`m not going to hate it AT ALL! Hahaha.

    Cheers \m/

  • sounds like Beneath the Massacre :D

  • @morbidangel980 Hahaha, not quite but i want to cover some BTM material!

  • you're the guy who knocked at my door with 720 beats per minute right ?

  • @KingQuark27 Hahaha. Nah, i just stopped by to make some noise! jk =P

    Cheers \m/

  • 2:27 that double bass is insane, and those gravity blasts are sick! how did you get so fast?

i can't even do a slow gravityblast, and i love extreme music like this, kinda sucks when you can't play along to it haha, you got any tips to learn the gravity blast, just start slow and increase the speed i guess right?

  • @mackaus1 Haha. Yeah it`s mid speed actually, but sounds brutal. THANKS! It`s all about practice, i didn`t start slow (which im doing right now) i just pushed myself until i got it OK not perfect. Lol, i understand that i was in the same situacion untill i sat my ass down and practice alot to get where i am, as well keep everything tight and comfortable with time so i am still practicing alot. But yeah, start slow and then speed it up, check Johnny Rabb: The Official Freehand Technique!

  • @mackaus1 You can also check this one. Johnny Rabb explaining freehand technique. He`s the best example to teach this technique, any other questions just let me know!

    Cheers \m/

  • @giansk8er thanks alot mate, cheers for all the tips

  • @mackaus1 Your welcome anytime man!

    \m/

  • Comment removed

  • i love the part that begins at 2:19 aswell as the sweep riff at 1:06 and 1:30

    awesome cover btw!

  • @mackaus1 Me too! haha. Their fast and technical. THANKS!!!

    Cheers \m/

  • @KieronSmiffy Hahahahaha. Nah bro, just alot of practice!

    Cheers \m/

  • @giansk8er Well its fucking amazing.

  • @KieronSmiffy THANKS! Glad you liked the drumming man.

    Cheers \m/

  • Dude this is fucking sick, Nice blasts. And your triggers are the shit, Good job. I'm impressed

  • @hc6777 THANKS BRO! My triggers are ok here, my newer videos will have a better trigger sound, as well it would be more audiable since i had the PA a bit low when i recorded this. THANKS once again, i`m glad you digged the cover!

    Cheers \m/

  • @giansk8er I don't even play drums, But I can sit around and watch your covers all day, Your too sick on the set. Can I request a song?

  • @hc6777 That's ok, no worries. Haha, well thanks for the compliment man, well appreciated. Yeah, sure! If i get some free time soon i'll see when i can do it, i'm moving to europe but i'll keep that in mind, i also need to learn the song. Which one do you have in mind?

  • @giansk8er Hmm, Let me think this over... Can you do "Kings Of Carnival Creation" by Dimmu Borgir?

  • @hc6777 Haha. Your the second person that requests that song! I can give it a try, i'll listen to it and try to learn all the parts, as soon i get the time i'll give it a shot!

  • @giansk8er Alright, Thanks. Stay brutal !!

  • @hc6777 No prob bro. Will do!!

    Cheers \m/

  • @RunePwnedScape LMFAO!!!! Whaaat!?? Haha.

  • what are you O.o? lol... \m/ epic fucking cover man :)

  • @RobertMWoodward A guy trying to play Brain Drill?? Hahaha. THANKS man! glad you liked the cover.

    Cheers \m/

  • Haha I love this. Fuck what anyone says, this is skill AND speed. No doubts there. I bet anyone hating on this style of music either can't play it themselves or has seriously misunderstood the point in the first place.

    Stay brutal \m/

  • @Zer0MT Hahahaha, your toooo kind bro!! Thanks so much for your words, means alot coming from a musician like you. I guess people have their personal preferences and way to point stuff out but, whatever! haha.

  • @giansk8er Nah it's cool dude, I always appreciate everyone's point of view, but there's a way of expressing that point. And some people just aren't good with words ;) Either way, can't please everyone all the time, you can only do what you enjoy. And anyone who knows about drummning or has an open mind when it comes to music should understand that even if they don't like metal, it still requires skill, effort and time to learn.

    Good work.

  • @Zer0MT That is nothing else but THE TRUTH!! You are sooo right man, people just dont know how to manage to express words or add a opinion that is relatively productive in the way a musician see`s things and how hard it is to TRY to get a good spot in music.

    Thanks a million once again!!

  • @matched0420 Yeah, i know! Hahaha.

    Cheers \m/

  • you look like youre on speed or have shaky disease from behind!

im not a drummer but i wanna ask - is that skill or raw unbridal speed youre using? |m|

  • @JoeyThe14th Not quite sure of what you mean man haha, do you mean what technique do i use to reach these speeds?

  • @giansk8er soz bud, its a point my friend brought up - he said theres no skill involved in that, just raw speed. he said the beats dont look that hard, its simply really fast

  • Oh ok. That's ok, skill is not everything, neither is speed. However, it takes practice to nail techniques that are needed to be used in high tempos but, it's fun playing this type of songs. It will also help you develop stamina and endurance in your playing among other benefits that at some point you might use. Haha, yeah. The song is about 265 bpm's on hands and like between 210-220 bpm's on the feet.

  • @giansk8er ah ok ta i'll tell him tht. p.s, forgot to mention your playing - it's incredible

  • @JoeyThe14th Alrighty! Hahaha. THANKS for the kind words mate!

    Cheers \m/

  • That wat CRAZY!! 0.0

  • could you imagin a death metal drummer with parckinson's? fucking awesome

  • @megatallica999 That would be pretty sad, every drummer should be healthy and well trained, but i get your inside joke!

    Thanks for the comment bro!

    Cheers \m/

  • Holy shit skill!

  • @NO11YOU Haha. Thanks!

  • How big is the chance that i, without drumming experience, will be able to drum it the first time, just by smashing the drumsticks arround?

  • @necroot Hahahaha! Well, you may be able to play it or come up with something close to the beat, lets say... each time you smash the sticks those could sound like a half blast beat!!

    Cheers \m/

  • pretty awesome man

  • @hairyburd Thanks bro!!

    Cheers.

  • OMG...who is sooooo stupid to dislike this ??..if you dotn lsiten to this music it's no problem...look at the fuckin talent :P

  • @giansk8er tnx :D

  • nice grav blasts. really tight

  • @william10212 Thanks man! It has taken me some practice to develop the technique, but it has paid off! Haha.

    Cheers \m/

  • I don't even know what's reality after watching the first 20 seconds hahah

  • @sengaija Hahaha! Trust me, this is reality! I had to sweat my ass off to pull out this song, and it´s not even close to the original, even though there are rumors that the recording of this album was with drum machine, but i still have full respect for Marco Pitruzella!

    Cheers \m/

  • @giansk8er well no duh it was with a drum machine, it's name is Lord Marco

  • @XTXcalVinXTX Haha! Yeah that is true! Thanks for subscribing!

    Cheers \m/

  • How do you get a speaker that plays triggers. I wanna do the same with my setup.

  • @Bradyman55 The speaker or PA only provides the sound coming out from the sample you choose in your module, you will also need a trigger to do this , the speaker has inputs that you use to plug the audio cable that goes from the module to the PA and the other cable from the trigger that goes in the input where it says that it´s for the bass drum, it also depends what module you have since not all of them have the same options or descriptions, hope this helps!

    Cheers \m/

  • okay its fast and impressive n shit, but it sounds like randomly smashing the drumset as fast as possible for a long time ...

  • @Rakazak1 Thanks for the comment, the camera's audio isn't that great so the recording is not perfect, plus Brain Drill is death/grind and it's an extensive combination between blast beats/gravity blasts, rolls, and fast DB so it will sound like this due to the quality of the audio being captured by the mic of the camera i used, it's not great, i just covered the song because i like it!

    Cheers \m/

    Cheers \m/

  • Hands made of iron man, damn! That's some nutty dexterity, I'm impressed!

  • @davidfreilich Hahaha, well thanks for the compliment man! Glad you digged the video.

    Cheers \m/

  • That MUST annoy the neighbours!

  • @MetalClahn97 Nah, they're used to it! Hahaha.

  • Amazing cover dude...!!! btw what drumhead do you have on your snare? thanks in advance.

  • @lolexcel THANKS bro!!! I think i had a Remo coated emperor there, or maybe a Evans power center reverse dot, not sure which one of those i had one haha.

  • Awesome cover! I wanna cover some brain drill on bass (:

  • @kingdavid09 Thanks man! Awesome, You should go for it!

    Cheers \m/

  • Holy shit!!! That's fucking crazy dude!!

  • @TheKiller1945 Hahaha. THANKS MAN!

    Cheers \m/

  • Dude I love how your pinky finger raises when your gravity blasting...it's a total lmaoCOPTERS

  • @SpiritCrusher46 Hahahaha!! Yeah i know it happens at those speeds specially when your applying more strength on the wrists!

    Cheers \m/

  • @SpiritCrusher46 It's fancy brutalness :D

  • you're drum set must hate you. YOU SMASH THE FUCK OUT OF IT!

    Cheers \m/

  • That's way sick yo

  • @coltsrgay11 Thank you for the kind words man, really appreciate it!

    Cheers \m/

  • I honestly think that your gravity blasts are a lot faster than Pittruzella's.

  • @PanzerTank521 Haha. Thanks for the compliment man! But Pitruzella is a great Gravity Blaster with both hands, i will admit that this song requires alot stamina so i had to apply a bit more of pressure to the stick to make the gravity blasts sound as clear as possible!

    Cheers \m/

  • that poor snare drum

  • @metallicafan979 Haha. It's a pretty strong snare for gravity blasting! Even tho i sold it =\

    Cheers \m/

  • holly shit your fast, i thought it was sped up too lol

  • @gmoney101392 Lol... Well thanks for the kind words man, as i always say, the cymbals will tell! ;)

  • @TheCorpsGo Haha. It's not speed up bro, i don't know why ppl say it's speed up. But i see can clearly see that. Thanks for the compliment!

    Cheers \m/

  • i wish i could play like you..... haha

  • @TaintedConnor Hehe. Well thanks for the compliment man! Really appreciate it, i'm sure that with practice you can reach this level or higher!

    Cheers \m/

  • dying fetus wants their snare back haha

    Cheers \m/

  • Setup is amazing what pedals you got? And that was basically fucking fantastic great gravities and blast stamina, im jealous.

  • @bon2bonn Thanks man! I really appreciate your compliment. I have a bigger kit and setup now, my pedals are Axis X-L2 Longboards. Haha, don't be jealous bro you can reach these tempos with practice!

    Cheers \m/
