  • Well, this video is not correct on the allegation that Scooter Libby outed Valerie Plame! That is WELL KNOWN NOW! COME ON FOLKS, I CAN'T PASS THIS TO ANY FRIENDS WITH THAT KIND OF OLD BULLSHIT IN HERE! FIX IT!

  • Hillary Clinton farts and that is a leak of National Security, can you say.... "tar and feather!"

  • I can't believe Jack is so uninformed as to be unaware that it was Richard Armitage, in fact, who leaked Valerie Plame's well known identity to Robert Novak.

  • I have to admit, that was a well made video. Personally still on the fence about global warming as I believe it needs to remain squarely out of politics to allow the scientists to do the work without bias, but I suppose it's too late for that... in the case of global warming, there are too many opposing factors that distort the info. So I refuse to simply take a side and instead continue to gather information from both camps.

But 100% agree about Wikileaks. Again, well made video.

  • Welcome back SA, I have

    missed watching your informative and

    insightful videos.

  • I am also amazed at how the Scooter Libby case was conveniently swept under the carpet. Two words I am very tired of hearing are transparency and robust as the American government has been ANYTHING but transparent and robust. It seems the U.S. uses the term National Security as an excuse for everything. The government is destroying the Constitution.

  • I have watched a few videos by the author and I do like the way he tries his best to remain neutral and unbiased which is something American journalists have forgotten. It is the job of journalists to report the news in unbiased manner without adding their own personal agenda and hype. As far as Wikileaks is concerned the United States knew about this man a very long time ago and I am extremely curious as to how this will play out

  • Welcome back Jack.

  • Welcome back Southern Avenger. You and George Will make the internet tolerable for me.

  • If a couple has secrets where they harm others, those secrets ARE other peoples bussiness and this isn't fine!

    This is stupid...

A gouvernement that promotes transparency and when they have the chance to accept they were wrong and should do better. They start attacking the truth seeker.

What a hypocritic point of view

  • Thanks for reminding me about Neocon hypocracy.

  • I feared I was the lone conservative supporter of WikiLeaks. Glad to see thats not the case.

  • this is the most unamerican, anti-american channel on youtube

  • @Roachenator:

    Troll harder.

  • @Akatam0t0ma - oh look everyone, its akatam0t0ma, a ron paul spambot

  • @Roachenator:

How do these cocks of Bush and Obama taste?

  • @Akatam0t0ma - you're a nasty troll. Typical ron paul supporter. numbnutted, undersexed and trollish

  • @Roachenator:

    "you're a nasty troll"

Pot, nice to meet you, the name is Kettle, now kindly stop calling me black. Thank you.

Now that we are past the formalities, let's sing along, cheerfully:

"Our Gov is an awesome God

    Sustained by citizens' love

With this comes power from guns

...Our Gov is an awesome God"

    watch?v=O06acUXAOFQ

Yeah, ain't it just awesome being a sheeple of the state? ;-)

  • @Roachenator:

Still have that cock of Bush stuck in your mouth and Obama's up your ass, drone? Ain't that feels great? ;-)

  • @Akatam0t0ma - yr troll castle is made of play doh and yr troll cannons shoot nerf cannonballs. I expect this level of infantile behavior from Ron Paul fans and liberals.. Its par for the course

  • @Roachenator watch?v=nPfmcGP1kLs

  • @Roachenator:

Yeah, that's the language I speak with you, because it's the only\ language people who still suck Bush's cock would understand. And it's the same language I speak with Obama zombies. You have far more in common with the Obamabots than you would ever like to admit.Trying to reason with you is like trying to teach a retarded gorilla to speak German, so why should I waste my time trying to reason with you if I can get a kick out of crushing you as like intellectual insect that you are?

  • @Roachenator:

And as someone whose entire channel dedicating to sucking the cock of establishment Republicans and Bush, while attacking Obama, pretending that he's anything better, all in the most intellectually immature fashion, I could probably learn a thing or two from you about making "r troll castle of play doh" and "troll cannons shoot nerf cannonballs".Now go back feeding on that shit out of Bush's ass, you piece of brain-dead America hating, state-worshiping degenerate waste of bandwidth.

  • Maybe the reason this Conservatives do these things is because they are no longer Conservatives? Or to put it another way, the Conservative label no longer has any real meaning?

Still waiting for you to wake up, Jack......you go through the motions but you can't seem to follow through.

  • Welcome back Jack. Not only has Wikileak revealed the evil behind the close doors, it is also showing how far evil will go to stop free speech and control the information.

It is the beginning of the end for these United States.

  • I say arrest Hilary Clinton for attempted identity theft! lol

  • Those attacking wikileaks are in favor of big-goverment centralization of power and the military industrial complex.

The land of the free and the home of the brave should be offering citizenship not condemnation for this sacrifice in the name of freedom.

  • WELCOME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!!!

  • Nice to see you back Jack!

  • The Avenger gets it right AGAIN! Spread this to the sheep who are following the Government lap-dog media wh@res and believing the lie that Assange is a traitor. He is a hero! God bless and keep him safe!

  • Comment removed

  • Hey guys, this is the perfect vehicle to help get Hunter noticed. I am pledging to post this to at least ten different conservative websites and blogs as well as my twitter and Facebook. If everyone who likes this video does the same then we can get this thing viral! Thumbs up this comment so that everyone sees it.

  • The great ron paul weighs in on the subject and basically agrees with southern avenger. its great to have doctor paul in congress.

  • What a perfect subject for Jack to cover on his return. As usual his analysis is right on. So nice to see Jack again on the Tube.

  • We don't need government at all.

  • Good to have you back. A lone voice of reason in a sea of confusion and lies.

  • Funny you use sexuality as an example, seeing as Assange is being charged with rape. Not that that nulls the point, or that being charged automatically makes him guilty.

I also find it funny that the media seemed largely fine with the government spying on us but have made Wikileaks out to be some kind of voyeur watching us fornicate and taking note.

Good to have you back, Jack.

  • bingo, Jack, federalism mitigates abuses of a centralized, imperial government like ours, and ameliorates its otherwise horrificl effects.

Man, I wish we had some of that good ol' Federalism like we had before Lincoln. We'd be a lot more peaceful and a lot more productive. Alas, the Great Emaciator has robbed us all to create a centralized Empire. Salmon Chase, Lincoln's chief justice after Tanney, said gleefully, "State's rights died at Appomattox." Bastards! Tyrants all!

  • This goes to show, the bottom line is that democrats and republicans are the same thing; they both work for the J-team. What America needs is not a third political party but a second. At any rate, this wikileaks episode is just the first propagandistic step into persuading the public into allowing the government to censor the web. The web is the last bastion of free speech, and it scares the J-team to death.

  • Obama = George Bush but worse. Bush was at least honest about what he stood for.

  • @soavifox What was that....stupidity?

  • Hey, Jack

I think you meant to write (and say) at 4:38 "Assange appears to believe that the U.S. has NOW become (quote) 'a much-worse-behaved superpower' " instead of 'not'. It just seems out of place for the subject matter and the purpose. In this revolution we CAN NOT loose our focus.

  • I do not agree with you about degree, but I do hear where you are coming from. I just make the judgment-call differently. I have a cousin who is becoming a Marine tomorrow on Parris Island. Julian Assange is not a balanced individual. If his actions endanger or injure my cousin, I reserve the right to be outraged. I'm sure you understand where I am coming from too.

  • @Wormtail81 So wait. Assange is the one endangering your cousins life and not the people actually, you know, sending him to war? Your cousin doesnt have any responsibility for his own actions by signing up to fight in said war? No no, cant blame them. Lets shoot the messenger instead.

  • @NicoBanTyralash I try to take a nuanced view. Look, I am upset with the military and the way it is run. However, I do not think that releasing the details of how the military tries to keep its people safe in theater is going to make them safer, nor is leaking the names of people who agreed to give coalition forces information about the Taliban. You know that old phrase, "Two wrongs don't make a right?" I cannot think of a better example.

  • @Wormtail81They are not concerned with the safety of their people in theater. If the govt was at all concerned with the safety of its people it wouldnt be sending them into illegal and pointless wars. They are only concerned with saving face. What you are calling a nuanced view I would call just trying to justify the actions of the govt and your cousin. Assange is just trying to help bring these facts to light. I wouldnt consider that to be wrong.

  • @NicoBanTyralash

    I agree totally.

  • @NicoBanTyralash I feel like what I have already said covers this. Two wrongs do not make a right. There is surely a middle road between absolute state secrecy and indiscriminately disclosing information relevant to personnel security and the identities of civilians informing against the Taliban and AQ.

  • @Wormtail81

None of the information released by wikileaks puts any soldier of any country in danger. What it does do is put the unjust dealings of politicians under the spotlight. It's long been established that none of the documents reveal any information that may harm any soldier that is currently engaged in Afghanistan or Iraq.

Revealing this information is right. Now that we know, we can do something about it.

Mainstream media is poison, read around a lot of sites.

  • @NicoBanTyralash

    Well put.

  • Thank God The Southern Avenger is BACK!!!!!!!!!!

  • wow the truth

  • I hate how people refer to American republicans as "conservatives."

  • The Assange's 'truth storm' heralds the arrival of a new, electronic global 'ITocracy' already quietly (& intractably) overruning the older-than-Rome military-industrial-political system. Do a YouTube search for 'truth storm' or 'ITocracy, to learn about it. The global public, tired of war & poverty, is deserting the old elite domination, despite it's indignant bluster. Unless the Establishent shackles it (unlikely - global riot-rage) the Internet becomes our more-accountable leadership.

  • Glad to have you back... And GREAT video as usual!

  • thanks for the post

  • This Wikileaks drama may be an excuse to shut down the internet....or not. Nonetheless, you all might want to check out this link folks:

    /watch?v=QbLay2rylME

  • No Southern Avenger?

  • Good Stuff. As usual you keep things in perspective.

  • Who is this Jack Hunter? Where's the Southern Avenger?

  • "And say, finally, whether peace is best preserved by giving energy to the government or information to the people. This last is the most certain and the most legitimate engine of government. Educate and inform the whole mass of the people. Enable them to see that it is their interest to preserve peace and order, and they will preserve them. They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty." --Thomas Jefferson

  • hmmm..... the myth of the founding fathers I dare any one of you to look that up

  • well done

  • HES BACK! NEVER DO THAT AGAIN! moar southern avenger

  • The day has come when a non citizen is more American than the government itself..

  • Thank God Jack is back.

Anyway I question Julian Assange's motives though, is he just attacking the US and its interests or is he attacking our enemies and their interests as well? Is he the real life version of the Joker in "The Dark Night"?

  • @nbenicewicz If you wanna make a statement and prove a point...do you punch the ring leader in the nose or his assistant?

The US is the big man in the room...our actions affect all..Assange is just going after number 1....good choice in my opinion.

  • @malangsob He maybe going after the US, and we can see that. But like I asked is he just attacking the US and it's interests or is he attacking everyone? The Communists seem to be backing him, so I think what he's doing maybe political motive. What does it mean that he's going after the number 1 big man in the room?

  • @nbenicewicz What does it mean? Who else in the world has bases in 60+ nations? Who has the largest (though crippled) economy in the world? The US ofcourse. We ARE the biggest man in the room (world).

Now whether Assange is backed by communists, Fascists or martians he is serving a very valuable purpose. By shedding light on our global policy which is bankrupting us, creating more enemies by the day and is serving no one except the Military industrial complex.

    Pan out...the view is better.

  • @malangsob As a recovering Neocon I agree that we have become what we rebelled against in the 1770s. But I don't believe that we can just stop our current foreign policy and close our overseas bases over night or by years end.

  • YOUR BACK!! i was starting to get worried you got bagged and beaten!

  • Bravo! And judging by your clear-headedness, I will assume that you would have made the same argument if a Conservative government had been in power.

  • Your back!!! I am so glad this is awesome as always very well done thank you and hope all is going well for everyone that takes part with the southernavenger.

  • JACK IS BACK! HE HIT THE SACK! HE'S BEEN TOO LONG HE'S GLAD TO BE BACK! YES HE'S, LET LOOSE, FROM THE NOOSE...

  • So Assange is simply a conservative without a condom?

  • UNPAID subcontractor of another nation.

  • @HavocGunStar America gets very well paid for it's services to saudi.

  • glad your back

  • welcome back. missed your insightful opinion

  • You're exactly right Jack!

  • This shit is so fucked up. After all I've heard and learned in the last 6 months I start to wonder how much guys like Alex Jones are actually RIGHT about?!

  • @Horus515 A lot of what Jones actually reports on is quite true, the problem is that he drawn fairly unfounded assumptions based on rather limited evidence. For example I remember when Jones reported on the ClimateGate story and said that the entire climatechange scam was busted open. Of course had he actually read the documents he probably would have found little to support such claims. A lot of people had simply seen that the word "trick" was used and didn't understand context in mathematics.

  • @Slug99 Thanks for that perspective. I think Alex is mostly just right on his philosophy, about the elite and how little they are actually concerned for us, and the harm they are willing to do to us, to control us, and gain more power.

  • @Horus515

He might be right about some things, but he also creates a smokescreen for the Zionists. Just look at his list of sponsors.

  • Jack is back! I missed your commentary.

  • Finally dude. It's been weeks. And this was a good one.

  • Glad you're back, Jack! Another great video.

  • Down with NWO tyranny!

    visit LibertyPoet

    website

  • Great to have you back, you've been missed... and as always; spot on.

  • All these faux conservatives talk about transparency but when it happens they want to hang the messenger. Hypocrites.

  • Nobody cares anymore. The West has gone to sleep. Unless it hurts someone in the pocketbook we are a population of sheep.

the number of outrageous and offensive stories that are under reported are many, while wikileak emberassments and soft core secrets go to the front of the line.

still looking for story on how western nations are being flooded with unending unlimited 3rd world immigration in name of DIVERSITY and MULTICULTURALISM native born culture never benefit from. WHY?

  • Thank you. I don't see how anyone but those wanting unprecedented power, could oppose wikileaks.

  • Thank you. I don't see how anyone but those wanting unprecedented power, could oppose wikileaks.

  • You owe us an explanation Mr. Where have you been? What have you been doing?

  • welcome back

  • Where you been SA? Missed your videos the past couple of months, and I'm glad you made this one. Keep it up!

  • Conservatives do NOT attack Wikileaks.

NeoCon STATISTS attack Wikileaks and these A-Holes are NOT for conserving the Constitutional Limitations on the Federal concentration of power in our Constitutional Republican form of Government.

Watch: "The American Form of Government" here on youtube

Remember, The Bill of Rights were enacted because Power Naturally Concentrates in and corrupts the powerful. THATs why our natual rights needed protection from a strong (and corrupt) central gov't.

  • @yakyakyak69

    Ka-BOOM!

  • By "Jack Hunter"? What happened to The Southern Avenger? But regardless, it's so great to have you back making videos again, and this one is a very fine treat. You said pretty much what I've been saying about Bush "conservatives" and their hypocrisy towards Wikileaks, and you put it into words much better than I ever could. I think I will show this video to any Bush "conservative" from now on, who thinks government secrecy is a wonderful thing. Thank you.

  • who are these conservatives who are criticizing wiki-leaks? name names. Otherwise this video article is null and void. It is a fact the Stephens works for Soros. But you left that out. You do good work but this was a shoty piece .

  • @altops:

"who are these conservatives who are criticizing wiki-leaks?"

Here's a video with a whole bunch of quotes from many Bush "conservatives" and their kind attacking Wikileaks:

    watch?v=AV5N_2nuYzY

It also eloquently exposes the convoluted way of thinking behind such actions.

  • @Akatam0t0ma thanks but the whole thing seams strange.

  • @altops rush limbaugh, glenn beck, bill o'riley, mitch, bohner, and more.

  • Clear reasoning. We all need to support Assange, or we are next in line for prosecution for a much lower-level of truth-leaking/speaking. Don't stay silent, this will be used as a false-flag attempt to further clamp down on the internet and free speech. The only ones being negatively hurt by this deserve it! Go read the cables yourself; our government is shameful and a threat to our Republic. Don't kill the messenger, unfortunately those odds aren't too good nowadays.

  • Jack Hunter is the cleanest, clearest and most careful thinker and communicator since Harry Browne....

    .

Bottom line is that at the end of Jack's videos, I've learned and retained more useful information than from any other voice on Youtube...

    .

    Keep it up, Avenger...!!!

  • Look up The Truth about Wikie leaks by Stefan Molyneux. A very interesting video. Apparently the next round of documents to be released by wiki is from bank of america. These show that through instruments mortgages have been spread about many institutions. This makes foreclosures illegal due to that lack of the bank actually holding the legal contract to seize homes. This will cause the asset balance sheets of banks to collapse and begin a cascading effect similar to 2008. Short the markets.

  • Perfect analysis Jack.

  • This one was worth the wait, SA!

  • Good call, Jack. But they're not core conservative values, they're core American values. Politicking on both sides of the divide have undermined awareness of what these are and that one political party does not own them. We all suffer when our government acts without the consent of the governed.

  • Good to have you back, Jack.

  • What is conservative about Wikileaks releasing information on private individuals, though? Those sorts of 'leaks' are putting people in risk and this has not been mentioned.

There are also valid claims others are making that Wikileaks is being done on purpose to give the US government a reason to censor the internet.

  • @WaffleKogen If you've seen any of the cables you'd notice that the names of individuals who could be in danger, such as agents or diplomats, have all been redacted.

Also the USG seems to have enough problems just trying to justify capturing Assange, let alone bypassing every single free-speech rights to justify an internet kill-switch.

  • @WaffleKogen

after the fact i think of course they will try to look for the silver lining in the cloud of course they will seek to destroy as usual

  • Julian Assange for man of the year... free him now

Our Government has gone nuts... Crazy nuts I want to move to the hills.

  • Welcome back Jack! :-)

  • Thanks Jack

  • welcome back

  • Great commentary on a government secrecy system gone amuck. What is truly chilling about our political system’s response to this issue is the attempt to classify his actions as espionage and claim worldwide jurisdiction to arrest Assange. This is followed up with a simultaneous move by the government to take control of the internet. Ominous trends that will have a chilling effect on what is left of a free press. Keep up the great commentary.

  • love your uploads! all the best from germany :)

  • yaaay. good to see you back

  • Steller, STELLER journalism Jack and great to see you back at it.

    *applause*

  • Its about time you post another video

  • awesome -thank you for this video. I'm going to send it to some of my quote 'conservative' family. Thanks

  • THE JACK IS BACK!!!

  • brilliant. keep'em comin.

  • nice to see you back! I hope these will be coming regularly again!

  • The southern avenger is cooler then jack hunter

  • Jack, are you no longer the Southern Avenger?

  • Awesome to have you back, jack!

  • why is he calling himself by his real name

what happened to southern avenger lol

  • The Southern Avenger returns!

  • Hell yeah! Jack is back!

  • Yeah, you're back! I really needed this video for my 12 step program for recovering neocons. As always, eloquent and right on. Thanks!

  • Welcome back Jack. And yes conservatives are defending Assange. It is the neo-cons and nationalists (left and right) who are attacking him.

  • The drought is over!

  • Welcome back, Jack. I was starting to miss your whitey and poignant commentary.

  • @FreeAgentXIII um… witty.

  • @crubeo How embarrassing. Thanks for the correction

  • Why would Julian Assange the public face behind Wikileaks not release a vast majority of the documents all at once?

google search it and wonder if it's dis-info....

  • Holy shit. Where'd you come from? Nice job on this issue.

  • Can't wait to hear the neocon hypocrites bash this vid.

    Thumbs up, Jack. :)

  • I was worried about u. Welcome back m8

  • Finally some sanity on the issue of Wikileaks.

    Welcome back, SA.
