  • @sheheryar17 Sounds to me like you need an external sound card. I'm not sure though. I just noticed a sound card that has center sub, front, and rear outputs on it. Search Zalman external sound card on ebay.

  • @WOAHFOX

no you don't need and external sound card.

if you only have a plug at the back of your pc with only a green and one that is half pink and half blue then thats what its gonna show on realtek.

if you have loads of of plugs to put your speaker, headphone, mic etc then it will show them on realtek

    or

if you have a external sound card than it would probably show them too!

  • no driver was supported in this driver package

    WHY PLEASE HELP WHY WHY

  • this works great man thanks... for those of you not getting it. pause the goddamn video, DUH!!!!

  • what to do if it says No driver was supported in this driver package/... ??? help me dude... plzzzzz

  • SOMEBODY HEEELLPPP MEEE i accidentally uninstalled a realtek thingy from the control panel list and now i dont have wireless anymore please help me out

  • Attention people: You need a Realtek sound card... -_- Don't expect it to work with your Sound Extremes or whatever. Usually this is for onboard sound.

  • does it work for vista ?

  • link please

  • Ways of troubleshooting that issue is use or barrow another headset /w mic to see if your headset w/ mic is defective, or if it is a setting issue, try reducing the microphone sound/boost levels and make sure that listen to this device is unchecked in the listen tab the microphone properties, the last options is to uninstall/reinstall the right driver or install a replacement PCI sound adapter for desktop or USB sound adapter for laptop if your on board sound card is defective, hope this helps.

  • thanks dude it helped

  • Porque não tem

    equalização

    do Windows 7

  • "No driver was supported in this package."

    :(

  • @MysteriousGirl05 hello do you know how 2 fix this i payed 1000 dollars on a sound system and i cant use it please help me

  • @frank8225 Do you need to connect it to a computer? You could ask technicians to help you with the problem. And when you say sound system, are you talking about the gadgets? Because you really may need to ask help from experts on it.

  • i tried to go to the next step but it says that no driver was supported in this package

  • @stunt231 check with your motherboard or sound card manufacture website and download your particular sound driver, there are other audio driver's besides Realtek, like Creative Sound Blaster and SoundMax for example.

  • i dled it but im not getting that orange sound icon in my task bar...i have a sony vaio does that matter?

  • @diko21 i had it already installed on my comp...like it came installed when i bought the computer

  • @diko21 Sony may not offer Windows 7 driver for the model you have, so a workaround is to go to sony's support / download page, then download a Windows Vista sound driver(Realtek) if your exact model is not listed in the results then just choose the closest model match, after you download Realtek Audio Driver, Right-Click the install file with the .exe extention > Choose > Properties > Compatibility Tab > Checkbox Run Compatibility for Windows Vista >OK> Right-Click .exe file again>run as admin.

  • @mgomez26511 Can you help me please? At the end of the install wizard, it says i dont have a .sys file? Thanks

  • @ThyHoneyNut If you look 14 seconds into the video it will say (Windows Vista / Windows 7) so yes it should also work for windows Vista.

  • @mgomez26511 i mean, i tried anyway man...and well...my computer is a little different than yours, but when i got the realtek to install, and then when i looked at my sound driver, it was completely empty...i didnt even have sound anymore.

  • @ThyHoneyNut I need a little more info on what computer you have so I can better help you troubleshoot the issue, desktop ?, laptop ?, internal sound card ?, add-on sound card ? custom built ? brand bulit ? as for no sound anymore, this means you installed the wrong driver, see my other video to perform a system restore to return you system back to the previous state that is was working, or by simply typing system restore in the search box on the start menu & your system should be the way is was

  • thx

  • I downloaded the same thing... but at the info there it says ALC662 not 888, why? :|

  • @zebra1897 Realtek version R2.42 supports ALC662 that is the codec you need to update in your system to work in windows 7, Realtek version R2.48 shown in the video supports ALC888 that is what is in my system at the time of the recording, simply download Realtek ALC662(R2.42) from your PC’s motherboard manufacture’s website or at a trusted website that would have it, if you have to google search for it, make sure you run a virus scan on it before you install it, that’s my best advice.

  • I found the driver tx man .

  • can u give me the download adrees . Tx
