Completely agreed. I can't judge or say anything, from Canada where I was taught hoodoo differently from many of the traditional values because it needed to meet the needs of the People. :)
Traditionally, you would have no knots on the bag. That would, according to tradition, make the bag unable to function. You would wrap the strings and loop them, 3 times, for the Trinity, without ever tying the bag shut with a knot.
@thetoadsbool there are more than one way to tie a mojo. This is one way I learned, for bags not intended to be opened again, and my friends in NC and NOLA approve, that is good enuf for me. Another way is a millers' knot, especially if the bag may be opened later.
That answered one of my BIGGEST questions. I read (somewhere) that you were never to tie a mojo bag, but then I've heard of many people doing just that and I was confused....very confused. Thankyou.
@082208220 sorry just saw this, not all one bag nope. I've heard of root bags for male nature as it were, for problem people a Commanding bag works, for sending bad stuff to someone's house though something more along the lines of sprinkling a crossing powder would be more likely, but only if it is justified, blessed are the peacemakers. Hey thanks! That's the plan! btw this knot is for when you never want to get back into it ever again.. there is a miller's knot that lets you keep it secure and be able to reopen it as well.
Nice video. Don't agree with everything you say, but is a very, very nice video :) I really like it
