Blaming Cindy is ridiculous; Cindy is not responsible for Caylee's death. If she pushed for Casey not to put Caylee up for adoption; she couldn't possibly have realized then that Caylee would wind up dead. HIndsight is twenty twenty and after the fact it is so easy to say what is and what should never be. I believe it most likely a horrid and reckless accident that happened to Caylee at the hands of Casey, not intentional murder. Still, it's a terrible thing that should not go unpunished!

of course her stories about the "other Casey" were especially interesting because of the similarities between her allged other Casey/Casey W and Casey's ZenaidaG. Can't find her, out of state mother, used to work at theme park, same age, phone now disconnected, was fleeing something, etc.

and (c) Then completely recanted her statements to police after they followed up trying to get her phone records. Made up the bizarre story about some "other Casey", Casey W, a co-worker from DISNEY, whose phone is NOW DISCONNECTED and no one knows how to reach her, Casey Williams has MOTHER OUT OF STATE, etc . Casey A's mom lives a few doors down from her own father, so obvoiusly no way to mix up the two LOL

Pretty obvious Casey never took Kiomarie's offer of adopting the baby seriously but was just being nice to her. We now know of course that Casey had not spoken to her parents about the pregnancy, so the decision to keep Caylee was her own. There's no evidence that Casey ever actually wanted to give up the baby. Kio's stories were so interesting. (a) She was telling police that early that Caylee could be buried in trees near the school. (b) Said she'd spoken to Casey/heard Caylee JULY 9

also, the way Kio describes this "other Casey", the description sounds somewhat like "Zanny" the nanny. There's the mention of Disney (the nanny supposedly took Caylee there), the physical description, the lack of a permanent address, moving back to live with her mother, which Zanny supposedly sometimes did, "other Casey" has just had her phone disconnected too like Zanny, and left the area, etc.)

it was also weird that Kio claimed Casey would call her sometimes and then later not remember the conversation at all. Then it turns out to be Kio who called police saying she'd had a phone call from Casey Anthony on July 9th, then turned around and says "oops, honey! I was just confused, it was a different Casey! Not the one who lives a few doors down from me, some other Casey, I worked wtih her at Disney (not Universal like Casey A), and she has a little daughter too!

(e) that Kio would assume at such an early date (July 16/17 as soon as the case broke) that Caylee would be dead and even where she would be buried. She'd just been chatting with her "friend" Casey A shortly before and offering to lend Casey money, why would she think Casey would kill or harm Caylee in any way.

(f) Kio's tone when saying such a horrible thing is completely light hearted and cheerful.

Just weird, all around.

(g) that Kio mentions she "helps clients with their kids"

(b) when police asked how to contact the "other Casey", Kiomarie said the woman had just had her phone disconnected, has no address, and has no driver's license (so can't be traced).

(c) That Kio wanted to adopt Caylee when she was just a teen herself and that she actually thinks Casey ever considered it seriously. Casey did not seek her out and never took any step to give the baby up. She was polite to Kio but said no.

(d) That Kio said she'd heard Caylee on July 9th

For me, the weirdest things about her interview are:

(a) the way she completely changed her story when police asked for her phone records and invented this "other Casey". There's no way she could have confused Casey A for some other Casey. She knows who Casey is very well, and knows exactly where Casey A's family lives because their home is only a few doors down from her own family's home.

Or if Kio wanted to be more helpful or important than she really could? Other statements consistent with other witnesses are Casey Anthony being a liar, non-existant work, considering options not to keep Caylee considering she lied about being pregnant until very end, lots of boys.

Kiomarie sounds like a Casey clone. So many things she said were so odd. Like as soon as she heard Caylee was missing she thought Casey must have killed her and buried her in woods back by the school? What? She wanted to adopt Caylee when she herself was only a teenager? What? The way she said she'd heard Caylee on the phone when Casey had called her on June 9, then later when cops wanted her phone records she changed her story to this mysterious "other Casey" Casey W. !!

This is believe because the cadaver dogs hit on the sandbox as well as next to the pool. I think she borrowed the shovel to hide her at the abandoned house then later transported her to Suburban. She may have tried to bury her in the woods, but because of the tropical storm, a shallow grave would have been unearthed due to water raising and receeding. JMO

They were right there at Hidden Oaks in July! The autopsy report suggests Caylee was placed there before any significant decomposition occured, meaning the bones were still held together by tissue because of the way they were found restin, roots trees growing through them etc. In a Florida climate however, the childs remains would have been skeletonized 2-4 weeks so we still probably wouldn't have been able to determine a cause of death.

maybe that is what is in the letters but not a confession which makes no sense is this when she claims casey took a barely one year old caylee to ride jaws at disneyworld kio said caylee was strapped in and when the shark came up she was screaming mommy no mommy no trying to get into casey's lap and casey pushed her away !!!!!!!!!! now i am terrified of jaws and i am 25 i can imagine caylee being terrified you do not take babies on that ride

What's weird is, even at the age of 22 when giving this interview she doesn't seem to know it's strange that she asked to adopt Caylee.

@urthcreature That was written years ago when I first found out about this case...Many more details have come out since then, so no I do not think Caylee would have been safer with Kiomarie. However, Cindy will have the blood on her hands for not allowing Casey to let ANYONE adopt the baby. I am not even going to go into their codependency issues, or the fact that Cindy could have done something 1 month sooner. Why in the hell did Cindy not do something sooner.

@urthcreature Afterall, Cindy herself said in an interview that Casey would make sure to come by when CIndy wasn't home. And, they noticed she was stealing money and taking things for herself EVERYTIME. But, she NEVER grabbed anything of Caylee's. Even if they had no idea she was dead, they definately knew something was up. Ignoring their daughters suspicious behavior puts the blood on their hands too.

Think of this scenario above, if Cindy forced Casey to get an abortion. Casey told her friend she wanted to have this baby, settle down with the solder/daddy and live happily-ever-after. Cindy changed that. IF Casey was really pregnant, you can bet cindy REALLY made her abort.

I just learned of second-pregnancy rumor/fact, that cindy was VERY angry, went and fetched Casey, and a few days later she magically has a miscarriage. Im saying that is the "spiteful biach" move, Cindy made her kill the one Casey wanted to have, so Casey spites her by killing the baby Cindy loved. Thats spite. When KC later sees the Dad, she freaks.
