he's using all of the power the same as a car uses all of the power. power numbers are maxes and no car short of a drag car or race car uses "all" of it. he's wasting no more power than a car does, actually i think he's wasting less. It's a tad overkill, but the coolness factor makes up for it. besides, no stinking belt to change!
