Top speed for cbr600f is 145-150 so its not slow. Like i said its a tame bike untill 7000 revs and then you can have real fun but only if you want to, it is a bike with total control and you feel comfy on it all day without wrist ache cbr600rr is 160 ish top end but slower to 100 because less torque. 600f better road bike all day long and its so comfy. But if your thinking of getting one, have a test ride dude. Channel called 7CLAN on u-tube, think he wants to marry his cbr600f...LOL!!
@don4njo - Yeah, around 250km/h, which is fast enough for the road but if you want it quicker there is akropovich exhaust, power commanders etc but the bike is great as standard. If you want it for touring, givi do some nice panniers for the sides,(not cheap though). Later man.

Cracking bike when opened up a bit, and its comfyeee . Tell ya, if it was a choice between 600rr and 600f, i'd choose f because its faster to 100 and not far off top end which is more than enough for the road.

@danmoto73 totally agree. They get to ride the best brand new motorcycles going, in some great places, yet they use their Phone cameras for the review. Atleast they have a Gro Pro now though.
@geesisfreak possibly because theres no market for that range at this time. Laws in many countries restricting entry level riders to ride only 250cc or lower bikes for their first 15 months.
From the years of watching MCN videos, i try not to complain too much about the bad vids (because most are of decent quality with good sound, picture and info) but come on guys. This is just horrendous. Terrible quality, terrible sound. It looked and sounded like he took the vid with a ten year-old trash flip phone he got from the states. Couldn't hear most of what he was saying but what I did hear wasn't that informative. Where's Neeves and Guy?
@safesparticus you should be able to figure that out. without looking at the speedo cant you tell whether your going 100km/s or160km/h. its a big difference

Rode it today for about 2 hrs. It is a lot of fun and has just the right amount of power for riding on roads. (my opinion coming from an 180hp bike) - it is also very comfortable - the knee angle could be better (im 190cm ~ 6.2ft) but it didnt really bother me. I'm really thinking about getting one now - this might be IT for everyday riding and as an allrounder.
Why are some of your vids top quality and yet others are really amaterish? This one is not great, and the BMW G650GS vid is horrendous! Does it depend on how many newspapers you've sold in the previous week?

The editing is a bit hit and miss as is the journo presenting. Take a look at the KTM 990 Longtermer as an example. A much better video.
