the problem was not the water or the truck the problem was the driving not knowing how to handle said truck. That water was easily fordable by that truck but you don't take it perpendicular. you have to "tack" into the stream so 2 things happen ONE your resisting the downward push and 2 by tacking upstream you USE the stream to increase your down force IE less likely to slide. In a car or SUV ? NO not heavy enough. in that with the proper driver? not hard.
