All they items I have received o 8 different BH cosmetics palletees and they came perfectly! I feel bad your stuff came broken, I would have been pissed off too but I don't believe it was the company themselves. It was the way the shipping people and how they handled the shipment.

I believe a lot of the time it has a lot to do with the shipping, (whether UPS or Fed Ex)it's how they handle the items. They really don't care about anyone's shit. I work in customer service for a really small company and I know for a fact we pack our stuff to protect it, but I constantly get calls about broken item, smashed items..seriously wtf?!? I feel bad for the company selling their products cuz they lose a lot of money because people don;t do their jobs how they are supposed to be done.

@Elaina808 1st of all you are responding to a video that was made over a year and a half ago. 2nd, what you seen on cam is what i cleaned up. It was way worst. 3rd, each and every pallete I was sent were ALL broken. 4th, I spent my money on these and they costed more than what they are selling today...so since you didnt spend your money, and have several weeks of waiting...then you cant judge whats bad, because you didnt see much of nothing. thank you...and get over it!!!

i feel sorry for you i hate it when my palettes get dirty because it's so hard to clean them. u can fix the broken eyeshadows with rubbing alcohol though

I ordered a palette from BH and the mirror was broken. I emailed them to let them know how long I waited and how disappointed I was when I received the palette.They did send out another one. But I will never do business with this company again...only reason why is because the shipping just took to long( like 10 days) Coastal Scents only took 3 days.Thanks for being honest...And letting people know whats what.

Also as with any company or anyone they basically are not responsible for the product once its out of their hands. That is what insurance is for through these postal companies if something is lost, stolen or damaged you can get your money back if a company does not offer insurance then you are taking a risk that it may be damaged. BH also puts a sticker thats states handle with care fragile. UPS has damaged all my packages except this one that said fragile on it

@EverythingCupcake first of all its my review and i can say what i want. second of all did i once say fuck BH or BH aint shit, they customer service suck or anything in that nature? NO! and your palette isn't any more special than the rest. all of them say fragile and was wrapped in tons of bubble wrap. and insurance wasnt offered thats why they replaced it. so if u gotta comment on my videos with negativity, stay away...thank you and have a pleasant summer lol.

I was speaking about the REST of my UPS packages that were NOT from BHC that always come damaged. I know you never said any curse words but you still had to complain the 2nd time like it was THEIR fault when in fact it was not. The Video should have been labeled UPS damages packages if anything and how bad handling they do!

For the one that are broke undead if fixing turn them into loose shadows and the company I would go to elf com they have a big thing that comes with all eyeshadow blushes bronzers n lipgloss. N like a brush and eyeliner for 50 - Mabey or cheaper

I would blame ups for the broken ones , its a delicate shippment order and most likely they smooshed it and so thats probly why its like that .

yea there is a in fact a difference . the company is great , there colors are very pigmented . the difference is is that one is shimmery and one is a regular shadow . they are the same colors but they come out differently , so

ok...my opinion is that there is no difference. if a person want to get a shimmer palette, then the proper one to purchase is the 88 shimmer palette. once again, my opinion is that having both is pointless...so!

thats the thing...you would want to use them all, lol because they all are awesome. the colors are vibrant too. having one or two isnt bad, but i had like ssven or eight broke from both pallets. they are fixable. i love both my pallets.

Da difference between dese two color palettes are 2nd edition shimmer and matte colors are the same which is good if you wanna mix and match. 1st edition have ENTIRELY DIFFERENT COLORS on each matte and shimmer palette. 1st edition matte are red, purple, blues and browns and 1st edition shimmer colors are blues, greens, yellows, and oranges. Huge difference between 1st and 2nd edition. I prefer 2nd edition so you can use the SAME matte with the SAME shimmers...

I got mine from an ebay seller. They didn't understand my english. I think three colors were wrong and they gave me three dollars back. I paid 16 dollars for everything so it came out to 13.00 with my 3 dollars back lol.

P.S. It wasn't shipped in bubble wrap, it was shipped in that white packing foam, a thin layer, one color was broke but I fixed it and you can't tell.
