@nunobari Ok .i am watching it right now..It's nice .How many hp now on the car?have you reduce some of that smoke?gud luck with future mods,i am swaping my engine and my gearbox,the engine is easy to swap,but the gearbox is very dificult,and very expensive
yes i figure that you have AVf ..i Have an veeker engine on the base ..AVB so i must now change the injectors ..because they cant deliver the fuel that this turbo ask from the engine ..so i have a loot of aer and less fuel :) the turbo i have is also plug and play ..with no problems...good luck with your car ..
nice plan for the car..don't know so much about that turbo ..but I have a hybryd tyrbo form 2.5 tdi or now I can choose turbo from 3.0 tdi .special buit to fit in the 1.9 tdi ..I have an passat ..lot's of plan for it and as much highter i go i am not pleased ..:)) yet.I must change the injectors ..mine's are too smalll ..I went to that link ..but the language is in portugheze I think ....what engine do you have /AVF or AWX ?/
Well, the car is a litle bit diferent now, but yes, injectores are stock. And i dont have GT2260V anymore, now I have KKK BV43 from Audi A4 2.0 tdi 170, wich i can take 210 HP with any problems! If u want to see the project go to the link above! Thanks ;)

Yes, is in Portuguese :p this KKK BV43 is plug and play in B6 PD130, B5 110, Ibiza 6k and 6k2. ;) my engine is AVF.
