MrCanada144 this has such a big heart that MS way to promote it was to say "ITS BETTER THAN GT, GT DOESN'T HAVE ONLINE? LOL"

All they've done since the original was try to be as good as GT. Sure GT5 was a bit of a shot in the foot, but it still has a lot more heart than this, all you see here is a product to buy, made solenely to look better than a competing game, not celebrate motorsport.

Why do you think they spend so much $ on filming an add like this?

This is a game made for sales period.

Forza is for racers and car enthusiasts.

GT is for fanboys.

@martindulguerov GT5 is much better than Forza 4, how is GT5 for fanboys? and how is Forza for enthusiasts? you speak through your arse. GT5 is a simulator where they took every car model and ran tests on the cars IRL where they then took the data and calculated their performance with different enhancements in the game. forza is for kids who want to drive an enzo around the track without the right statistics. GT5 is the second best driving simulator to date, GT4 being the best.

GT fans were hooked on the first 4 games and refuse to acknowledge that Forza has overtaken GT5.

Enthusiasts are nerds. nerds like telemetry info, manual driving with clutch, realistic physics with tyre tests performed by pirelli. realistic damage modelling, etc..... Forza 4.

You aren't honestly telling me that GT developers tested 1000+ cars with every combination of upgrades?

Forza is also accessible to non-racing nerds, that isn't a negative.

The saddest commercial in the world. The Aston v12 is the only appropriate car for this commercial. It's not NASCAR, it's not picked and glitches, this is motorsports.

Sadly, they've been slacking over at Polyphony Digital..

Whereas Turn 10 has worked their ass off to produce all the Forza games in the time they took on GT5. It doesn't even show. GT5 is half assed - I mean really, a good number of the models are pulled from a previous gen console game?

@somerandomvideo gt5 isn't half assed, polyphony guys just didn't sit around twiddling thumbs for 6 years, they just couldn't make the game they wanted, unfortunately for us the end result fell well short of expectations, despite this, gt5 is a superior driving game, but fails in a big way at being a racing game, which is why forza is the better game.

@timmehh89 I also have both and after spending enough time with forza to pass judjement i'd have to say that on the whole Forza is the better game, it's just more polished, sounds better, CONSISTENTLY looks good (gt5 only looks good with the premium cars, in forza EVERY car is premium quality). and forza is just more fun.

GT5 is still an amazing game but polyphony seriously dropped the ball by taking so damn long to make what is essentially gt4 with some hi rez cars and a lame "track editor".
