What kind of defense is this? I thought the point of the defense was to prove Daniel not guilty.

@mikeknight4u He probably did not want to involve a jury, considering how delicate it would be to attack the sexual orientation, (by attack I mean he is using it as a tool to convince the judge, who probably has a fame against that kind of cases). It would be that way in my country.

So sad.. Although I don't believe in murder, I do believe in an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth. Maybe he should have cut off his penis! I hope Daniel can move on from this, I hope he is getting a lot of help! Is he the kid who went on the Oprah show, ordered by the judge? I guess I will find out. Watching this for writing research.

I think the ruleing was fair Danny Is a good kid that feel into the hands of a bad man if someone was doing that to me I would have done the same thing Danny did and it must have been realy hard to tell people what happend I'm glad he's not in jail he not a bad kid........

I don't agree with your previous comment and I think you might possibly have the whole situation backwards. Daniel killed his molester and although that may not have been the way to go about solving his issues the judge definitely made the right decision. That;s my opinion :)

Dan doesnt deserve to go to jail. he suffered for years because of this man. im sorry but in this case the killer was in the right. he got a rhapeist of the streets. so im sorry but ur in the wrong. and that man Dwane, will pay for it when God goes to judge him.
