how to do an s-bend

Coming from wakeboarding to kiteboarding the s bend is hardest behind a kite , imagine your steering the boat at the same time as pulling the trick . I admit that the boat brings the pain ..... But the cable is a all round benders hang out

yeah id have to say that is not a true s bend.

Its a railey with some sort of front twist lol.

i consider an S bend to be parallel with the water as u go into the front rotation
