  • lucky to play relic

  • 良いゲーム!

  • does the first guy has a sideboard specifically for dredge, jees...

  • Pros use alpha land.

  • Where can i get those play mats!?!!?

  • @dyamok That's the entire table -_-

  • well all of you are arguing about this dredge deck, look at him he proceeds to finals, is that a crap deck? throw harsh comment on this deck if this deck doesnt make it to the championship match

    LOL

  • he missed the narcomeba in the yard after the dredge o.O

  • shit i can´t read wht the cards in jap do ...have to search if i wanna know D:

  • Thank you for editing out the mulligan lol, I was about to cry.

  • Rhox War Monk has Lifelink right? Was forgotten at 2:44? Or am I wrong?

  • What appened at 1:10? Wich counter he use?

  • @xKurokawax Force of will's alternate casting cost, removing Ponder from the game.

  • @aznpride481 Arigatou gozaimasu! ^__^

  • the guy in the left knows japanese?

  • Comment removed

  • @caranto1992 : As mentioned, he was likely trying to get threshold for Cephalid Coliseum

  • 5.42 topdeck...

  • The Sasou´s side win´s the match alone!

  • to be honest the dredge player was unlucky.. with no mana who can win?

  • @RPGamer05X every dredge player out there.

  • @Emperror1 with crucible of words? i am a noobie dredge xD

  • @RPGamer05X the deck does not need to resolve any spells to win. look up the lists on the internet, they run about 13 lands max. plus, this dredge player is a) not really good (e.g. forgetting moeba triggers)

    b) chose to run the more explosive version (LED) and not the more consistent version( no LED, no dread return targets) whereas the latter has shown better results

    c) runs a shitty sideboard.i mean, pithing needle?seriously? Oo

  • Nice videoes. thanks for posting. one can see the deck recipies online, but it's important to see how the decks can be played. The dregde is fast and effective..see turn 1. but it's obvioulsy too easy to break with SB cards.

  • Watching game one I was like, "Wow! So this is DREDGE." (Because I never seen it on action before.) Then game two and three, two sets of cards kill the entire dredge deck. So now I'm like, "meh. dredge..."

  • @digiwurmz the thing is. the Dredge SB is all about their Hate. once you become comfortable with the deck and you know what to SB and what not its not that bad. you cant win them all. but the great thing is is that its so linear . there are not any decks on youtube that show an actual pro going up against GY hate.

  • Yeah this dredge player was terrible. wow.

  • he missed the narcomoeba. shame

  • Udagawa's biggest mistake was on t3 imo, when he either assumed his opponent wouldn't exile the Golgari Thug after combat or he didn't think of it. If he hadn't, he could've sacced it to cast cabal therapy and then have one more dredge card in his grave for the breakthrough. He would need to chain dredge to win though... or if he had also remembered the Narcomoeba maybe he would be able to cast Dread Return on a troll and get some zombies or something

    Playing dredge is extremely complicated...

  • なぜナルコメーバをプレイしないのですか?

  • gravedecks always suck ... leyline, crypt, relict ....

  • @K3n5hin leyline is a extremly bad hate card. really extremly shitty. plus dredge runs 1 mana answers to every hate in the format in the sb. if you know how, you can cope with gy hate.

  • F a dredge deck. how this deck came so far is beyond me

  • @6000pounds if the field is light on graveyard hate, dredge just rips shit up, most of the time thou, you just run into a player like Sasou who's packing so much hate, theres almost no way to win.

  • you know things aint going right when you pay 4 lives to summon 2 1/1's

  • And thats why dredge sucks

  • really boring

  • Great videos!

  • Summoning two-mana 1/1s and taking damage from both of your lands each time you use them is not how you win in Legacy.

  • the dredge player is so bad...

  • I hate dredge deck

  • Gran final y justo vencedor, y recordad... hay q odiar a dredge!!

  • its like watching kids play. so many mistakes..

im not saying im better than pros.. but japanese players don't play legacy.. they suck at it. all they play is standard and extended..

  • what all did the counter top deck board in i know the reliqes and the cripptes but what else

  • Probably the grips.

  • @sithapprentic03 at the end you saw him removeing GADDOK TEEGS LOL! who the fuck sides in gaddok teeg vs dredge......lol

  • @xXCigarXx basically in dredge it stops dread return, it cant be played due to its 4 casting cost

  • @TheByron318 good call i relised that shortly after my comment i hadent read teeg correctly

  • why he didnt put in play the second narcomoeba???

  • cuz he went noob lol

  • @feanor0187 He is bad

  • He might have been considering using his Coliseum instead of Breakthrough, which might have been a better play, since he'd at least have cards in his hand if his dredges fizzled. That could be why he "missed" the Narcomoeba trigger.

Also, Sasou is quite the lucksack.

  • @dear1337er

Statistically speaking, when determining how many draw spells he plays in conjunction with the (relatively large) number of cards he appeared to have side-boarded in, he had an excellent chance drawing and or searching into either a Crypt or Grip.

  • @hollywoodmkx

Eh, it was the topdeck combined with the fact that his opponent didn't hit more of his 8-9 remaining dredgers that turn. Sasou had about 50 cards left in his deck with 5 outs, and roughly 6 Brainstorms and Ponder that could dig into an out. That's still less than a 20% chance of finding an out.

  • he didn't put a moeba into play after he dredged.lol.what a pro

  • @caranto1992 Its the darn final... I would have problems to concentrate myself too...

  • @caranto1992 he did not put narco in play to use the cephalid coliseum treshold ability. don't mock pro player plx

  • @caranto1992 I'd like to see you reaching the finals with your "pro" observations.

  • @caranto1992

Because he wanted to get threshold.

  • @caranto1992 LOL I KNOW!!!! first time I saw that card and I was just like..... why didn't he play it?

  • No, he voluntarily let the narco in his graveyard to get the threshold ability of cephalid coliseum.

  • @caranto1992 without moeba he wouldn't have had threshold to keep the coliseum active and have double option to do do breakthrough and coliseum. his mistakes were 2: do bt before coliseum, since he didn't have too many dredgeants, he should have first digg into 3 cards (dredging 2), drawing one (hopefully a land), discard 3 instead of the entire hand, and then use breakthrough to dredge with more creatures (hopefully 4). -he would have see his bt dazed, but this was the right move.

  • @ut2k4progamer the second mistake, worse, is to pay bt with coliseum instead of cob.

  • How can you say dredge is good when "just one or two cards hate against it so well"? Thats why dredge is BAD.

  • well he did make it to the finals, didn't he?

  • @Ellendiel To be fair, not only did he make it into the finals, he was really unlucky at dredging this game. If he had managed to use the breakthrough to chain dredge, things would've looked much better for him.

  • @Ellendiel yup bad decks always make it to the finals...

  • Me encanta

  • GG.

  • LOL 6:40 - He says Tarmogoyf so funny: Tarrmogoiff

  • ah dredge... I wonder how many game 1s you win only to get blown out g2 and 3?

  • he was at 2 and all his lands were "painlands"

  • why he hasn't put the second narcamoeba put into play dredged into grave?

  • because he missed it.... i was suprised

  • 2 in the second match as well.. I wondered too.

  • If you had that much hate against you, I bet you'd be a bit nervous too.

    It's a shame, really.

Dredge is such a good, fun deck to play, but it gets killed so easily by one or two cards.

  • Thats why dredge is really bad...

  • lol that grip was probably his best possible topdeck

  • I think he was holding out for Bridges, because throwing away your creatures when your lands are killing you isn't what you need to do to win against a monk. There were a number of things he did wrong in this game, first of all being not mulling correctly. I have an Ichorid deck completed, so I understand some of the ins and outs, and unless we're playing YGO and you have the Heart of the Cards, that hand was obviously a mull with no Putrid Imps or discard outlet at all to get going.

  • lol the crowd is so quiet

  • Yeah the Dredge player was misplaying a lot.

  • nice topdeck by sasou lol

  • I think the Ichorid player forgot the Narco trigger. Not sure if it would have mattered, but it would have helped.

  • yeah, he forgot it. i was also wondering.

  • Noticed this too.
