  • You know bicep curls are one of the shitest exercies?

  • F to M, shit I've just realised what you're saying! That is bad.

  • Taking testosterone is bad. It'll make you think and act like a teenager again. It makes one aggressive, and also shortens life. I'm not getting this muddled up with steroids, by the way.

  • @rob16248

  • is it wrong i really did stop da vid and start doing push up XD itZ da middle of da night and im a lazy fuck lol dude i think u hav mind powerZ !!!

  • I like your videos. Thanks; they're very informative.

Do you recommend cardio for fat loss?

  • I'm confused when you say that you now have testosterone as if you didn't before.

  • that was brill!!

  • Great info...well done....i am missing weights...will get asap.

  • @farrodread Thanks, am missing weights myself. About time I took my own advice, I think.

  • Wonderful video. You've got a lovely sense of humour and are incredibly attractive (which always helps).

Lovely flexing at the end, as well.

Thanks very much for the vid. It was really informative and entertaining.

  • what's resistance training, like definition and example please? I can't find a clear definition, is it just anything with weights?

  • According to wikipedia: "Resistance training has two different, broader meaning that refers to any training that uses a resistance to the force of muscular contraction (better termed strength training), and elastic or hydraulic resistance, which refers to a specific type of strength training that uses elastic or hydraulic tension to provide this resistance."

    I'm not convinced...

  • ...to me, anything which uses any resistance to muscle contraction, whether it be bodyweight, free weights, or elastic or springs or hydraulics, is resistance training.

    hope this clarifies.

  • @lookatme10x (A SIMPLE DEFINITION) RESISTANCE TRAINing is for muscle mass. For example, pushups, squats, weights, crunches, etc..

  • Great vid. Alot of truth to it too.

  • ure in good shape mate stick at it. if u find you have problems gaining muscle mass you should try the training supplement Promax extreme by maximuscle. its 500 calories a serving and over 40g of high quality protein too. its great for adding to your diet to give your body that little bit extra it needs when working out.

  • mate if u want to build upper body development you realy should be doing weight training instead. resistance training is great for overall body strength and grounding balance but for more muscle mass simple free weights and a high protein/carb diet is wot u want.

  • Amazing video. You seriously can inspire :) !! I don't know if you do any instructional or motivational stuff as a career, but you SO could :)

Thanks very much for this video :)

  • Great Vid!! Believe!! :)

  • MAKE A START!

    is this a chair???

    BELIEVE!

    xsangomijikai (coralshort in japanese)

  • I also bought the frederick Delavier book and it changed my life. It explains everything you need to know about training.

Also, it is true that getting started is hard because you have to find the motivation but once I've started you cannot stop me, I always have to do more.

  • You don't need to be in a gym to get a good workout. And the picture in the beginning is inspirational. I use vastmuscle (.com) workouts and love them

  • This video is brilliant, thanks for posting it! The second bit is especially wonderful in helping those without the money or desire for equipment or gym membership. I hope this inspires others to begin working on their own physique!!!

  • This is an amazing and intelligent video. Congratulations! Sometimes I also have the habit to reinvent my personl trainings so that I can keep motivated.

Couldn´t agree more with your principles and I guess that if we look carefully to some of them, they can be applied to other life´s subjects and problems.

  • Everything at home, that's my point also and I love it. Good video :O)

  • Great video. And you look great!! I've jsut started resistance training and I'm loving it when I'm not screaming at my trainer -- or cursing at him.

  • Looking good man, congrats! Can you do a follow-up video on the scars and that HIRUDOID cream? Please and thanx

  • What's he mean by chest operation? And getting testosterone injected in him? Is this a transvestite? Anyways, nice vid.

  • Yeah, I had a little research: FTM means from female to male and MTF vice versa.

    Good job.

  • Awesome! This is very helpful.

  • How interesting and inspiring!!

  • Hey,

long time ago, I've started to do some sports at home, too.

You're right in all points, the first step is the main step - you are a great motivator!

I liked to do my "homework", but now I'm working out at a gym.

    Greetz

  • Hello Sir!First off, congrats on EVERYTHING.I wish I would look as good as you in a year..I had my top surgery 19 days ago and I've been all depressed due to complications that I've had with me left chest.I was wondering if you would spell the name of your complication since I also have fluid buil-up and I have my first post op visit on the 3rd.I would like to speak intelligently to my Dr about the fluid still building up.Also, how long after your surgery were you able to work out?

  • Thank you, and congrats on your surgery. I'll send you a private message about the seroma I had. Good luck with everything.

  • Thank you Sir. I really appreciate it.

  • I agree, this is a very good video also very motivating.

  • Good video.

  • I like your videos. Especially this one. :) Thanks.

  • I watched this video like a week and a half ago and it must have triggered something subconsciously. I'm trying to rebuild my life right now and I wrote "start now" on the back of my bedroom door. Sure enough, I am starting to workout again--not because I want to be like the models, but because I want to feel good about myself. Thank you for that!

  • o.o wow...you've a very motivaional speaker...XD i think i might just get up off my fat can and do something.

  • hey,

this is very inspiring. Thanks for brill video ;)

  • heheh, another quality video.....if only i could have been in it as an example. hilarious. boxer.

  • you're awesome!

  • building muscle. To build muscle, a range of 8-12 reps is needed. Anything more and you are just increasing muscle endurance and strength but will see little actual muscle growth. Anything less will also see mostly just increases in strength with little muscle growth. If strength and fitness is what people want, then it's cool, but if visible mucle gain is what they want then 8-12 is about right. Keep up the good work though, whatever works for you, I just thought I'd add my thoughts.

  • The deadlift is one of the excercises that is capable of releasing large amounts of hormones into the bloodstream and is also one of the most difficult, using around 80% of the body's entire muscle. I guess it just depends on how hard somehow is willing to train - but building muscle takes many years and a lot of will power. Push-ups won't build much muscle, you can't increase the poundage and when you start being able to do 30 or 40 t's pointless because you are then out of the rep range for

  • Your body is basically a machine - it knows what it's capable of and if you stop short of pushing it to it's limit, it will not see the need to build muscle. You have to sqeeze every last rep right out, most people just stop whenever they start to feel a bit of a burn and pushing past this limit is what builds real muscle. Also, doing compound excercises increases hormones and testosterone in the body which help to build more muscle.

  • What I do is make sure I lift weights my body can only manage 8-12 reps of, increase the weights every few weeks or so, take each set to maximum failure, do a lot of compound excercises and eat a lot and often. Asides from diet, compound excercises, lifting heavy weights to maximum failure and continuously increasing poundage are the only ways to build muscle.

  • WOW! That is exactly what I needed to hear today. I am 3 months on T and love the way my body is changing but stuck about keeping in shape. I will follow your five principles and I will believe. Thanks so much for putting it out there.

  • I love your videos! How long have you been on T?

  • thanks! I've been on T about 4 years. Can't remember the exact date, but it's somewhere around now.

  • BRAVO!!!! this dude is really good, i love the vid.

  • wow great video i cant do one push up but i can do a girly one lol i would be so happy if i looked fit one day

  • That's a starting point. if you can do two next week, you'll have made a 100 percent improvement! Keep at it, and remember to believe.

  • @accompliceXX thanks for the vid man

i was feeling down today and didnt wanna do my exercises but seeing you and the progress you made i feel like doing them now. the reason i was feeling down was im waiting for the gender clinic in Leeds to get back to me and then i know that i wont get T for a while.

just a quick question if you dont mind, how long were u in therapy before u were allowed to start T and what age were you?

  • Dude, you are such an inspiration! Thanks so much for this video. It gives me hope for my future. :)

  • I always love your videos.

    They're so informative.

    Thanks.
