The left's HC reform plan has nothing to do with actual reform, they've just gone to their original reflex of using clever means of spreading liability. The mandate is the CIP, because it is an overtly discriminatory measure targeting the healthy and responsible, in a country where individual health disparity is the biggest cause of our HC costs. Meanwhile the rest of the World (Canada and Australia) has Pot Luck (Government) Health Care. 250 Million People x $35 a month = $8.75 Billion a month. Case Closed.

1. Government Hospitals. Hospitals are charging too much causing collapse.

2. Government Hospitals and Clinics mean Government Paid Doctors.

3. Doctors and Nurses are Paid so that they don't over-charge.

This country has a 75% obesity/overweight rate, 20%+ smoke, and millions abuse drugs and alcohol with general cultural acceptance; consequently, the most common and expensive ailments plaguing the system are all a direct consequence of insanely poor personal health (diabetes, heart disease, smoking related cancer, etc.)
