first, the I5 655K has 4 threads (has nothing to do with it, just correcting)

6 cores of let's take 4 GHz require less cooling then 1 core on 7GHz....

@munayata38 /facepalm...you're clearly too stupid to understand...if it were twenty to thirty frames per second it would appear smooth as a movie theater movie...they run at 24 fps...it becomes blatantly obvious when they zoom in on the screen just how many fps it is...this is without doubt less than 10 fps...and 103 people agree with me

the point is world record this is pushing technology to the edge is not meant to run like this all time its a matter of how far can it be pushed and this is especially good for intel since AMD held a 7ghz record since jan of 2009 over them AMD record was more exciting since it was done at a public demo and they ran 3d mark on it
