This incident is the largest killing spree in known history, if we except state terrorism. A result of totally illegalising private firearm ownership(likely to prevent civil war besides crime)-the people couldn't defend themselves.
Now the second largest after the Brevik incident in Norway. Governments are the largest murderes in history. I will go to a country which may be less developed and poorer but where I would be able to have at least a bolt action single shot rifle.(almost all countries allow this-guns are totally illegal only in Korea,Japan,Singapore, China,Taiwan etc.)
