  • I know this video is old but:

I wanted to thank you so much for it.

B/c I wasnt for sure how you sew a netted

strip on. B/c I always use the cap... :)))

  • The name of the song playing in the intro is KEEP IT TO YOURSELF by Queen Ifrica NOT Give it to yourself

  • Brilliant!

  • Wow... this is a very crafty technique! I'm thinking of sewing in the back and doing like you did in the front, with the net. Is it better to do the braids in a slant like you did or straight back... or does it even matter? I want a small part in the middle... what do you think?

  • trini with bold and beautiful playin in deh background, good job gyal:D

  • Very good demonstration.

  • A few suggestions to improve your video: 1) Shine a little more light directly on the mannequin head, 2) Instead of showing us the back of your hand as you place the glue, turn the camera around so that we can see the tip of the glue bottle touching the exact location of the hair where the glue should be placed, 3) Include an example of a completed hairstyle featuring your technique so we have an idea of what to expect. Thank you very much for your video.

  • what is so hard to view, hater. go make your own video. korrisha you did a good job girl, you have enhanced my skills, thanks for the video

  • I like the way you did the weave but it not new I've been doing latch hook weaves for years. they just gave it a new name

  • The song is by Queen Ifrica and it's called "Keep It To Yourself"

  • whats the name of the song

  • How clever. I never thought to do something like that before. Thanks for sharing. Can't wait to try myself!!! Will let you know when I do.

  • It looks great especially as a natural looking closure to a full head of weave. Nothing wrong with using nail glue on hair weave in small amounts. (not on natural hair) ...I think you did a wonderful job and thanks for sharing

  • wow thats alot of work! i guess i would have to try before i can really judge bu it almost looks like cornrow tree braids but it is quicker!

  • is the net mesh?...where can i find it?

  • is that a barbie doll!!!!

  • can you use human hair or does it have to be sythetic?

  • Good technique, but I cant believe you put nail glue in someones hair. I would think if any glue is applied it should be hair glue or a tie knot.

  • The glue is not applied to the person's own hair or scalp. The glue should ONLY touch the weave. She didn't emphasize this in either video and I wish she had. This is why she's able to use nail glue which is much stronger than hair glue.

  • I love your teaching method and thank you for the video. It is very heplful. You are good at what you do.

  • Love the intro song, who's it by?

  • Queen Ifrica called give it to yourself a famous female jamaicain reggae artists

  • its called keep it to yourself

  • Lol I'm watchin the bold and the beautiful right now! Great video!

  • Thanks yeah it was a bit funny lol thanks again and hope to see your finished wig product girl

  • Any advice as to how to stop loosing my hair after I've taken out my track(this is sewn in track)?

  • hi, I do my own tracks but my problem is, I notice my hair comes out when I cumb my hair that is after I've just taken the weave out. Any advice as to how to stop loosing my hair after sewing in weave?

  • are you sure it's not just shedding? how long do you keep your weaves in? normally hair sheds a bit everyday. It could be you see all the shed hair when you take out the weave. (looking for the bright side)also are you treating, moisturizing the hair while wearing the weave?

  • Where exactly did you put the glue? Can you do this while it is not on the head and sew it on later? Also, can you just cut a wig piece and use it as a closure?

  • Yes you can that's the other alternativeyes you are right you can do it in your hand rather than on your head yes you are correct and sew it on last :) smile and cheers

  • i have a question how do u take it out i mean the nail glue?:)

  • Ok lol the best thing about this technique is that the hair is removed stressed free, all you have to do is clip the thread around the net that was sewn down before the hair was attached and glued in so you dont have to cut it out strand by strand you can leave it just as it is ok any questions feel free to contact me, love Keisha.

  • hey that song is staying in my haed. wht is that nice song?

  • the song is 'keep it to yuhself' (secrets riddim 2008) by queen ifrica...she's a great artist! check out her other song too 'love is the only solution' =)

  • Its an easier way... If you put the hair under the hook it will go thru by its self!

  • Ok thickgurl thanks a bunch

  • Geez I wish I could show you but... Try this next time...

Do the same steps as before... And place the hair under the latch hook and hold the latch on the hair... Then in the shape of an S... Put the end of the hair in the hook (with one finger still on the latch... Then pull the entire latch hook down and remove your finger... It will do the loop by its self and save you alot of time!

  • Its hard to explain slip knot but if you type in "braids slip knot" in you tubes search engine, you can see videos of how to slip knot. it does hold and no nail glue mess. one more variety for your useful talent. :-)

Thanks for you videos. keep it coming.

  • I really appreciate your videos. What about a slip knot instead of nail glue? Have you tried the slip knot?

  • how to do a slip knot girl,love K
