I just tried at level 56 because I were getting bored of training on Grizzlys and it was a major fail too lol.

I kept on missing about 40% of the time, I will have to wait until level 60.

its not realeased on Global yet,How ever,it spawns in 25-50 minute intervals,and the message u get is (ive never get this before,how ever the message is something to do with the whistling winds.(elliza and snowman i have NO IDEA
