@steviegohard100 That's my opinion, because if your ends split, they will split all the way up to the healthy hair. Everyone gets split ends, and the only true way to get rid of them is to trim em off... but as usual, I'm not a pro, check with your stylist to be certain.

Girl! Your grandma most be related to my mom. I grew up on Dax anf VO5 also. Sometimes she threw in that head and shoulders for dantruff. That Dax was nothing nice.
@LunaA2Z Hahahaha well then ALL THREE of our mothers must be triplets. There was ALWAYS a big ol' tub of Dax grease and an "old school" bottle of Head n' Shoulders in our house.
I'll never forget the day I got Head n' Shoulders in my eyes. It burned like a bitch!!!
it did work for me, I had braids for a while and lost my edges YEARS ago...and it worked for me, the grease...not the cream, I think it was in a blue jar...

I hear you...like I said, everyone should do what works for them if they find something....it's all about trial and error.
Have you tried maybe a clarifying shampoo??? That might be good for the oils...

Oh i havent tried that....i probably should.
& then the dry shampoos, im scared to use. haha. i feel like they might build up & then ill have tons of gunk in my hair...
