p.s. Rob Gordon rocks.. Warp sacked him about Warp #20.. He was the man who masterd the early Warp tracks... which is why they bump the most. PEEEEEEEEEEACE!
Born an bread Sheffield. 15 years old when this came out.. Used to go to a club called 'The Limit which was pitch black, had a strobe and massive bass cabs.. Sheffield, bleep and bass city ROKKKKKED.. I felt I was in the middle of the best scene ever! Maaaan.. u peeps also check Unique 3 'The Theme'... class
@subclonk - used to go to limit when it was a breakdance club (gota have been 84/85 ish) watchin smac 19 rippin up the floor, where a lot of the dj's who ended up on SCR/fantasy fm cut their teeth music wise too as I remember. Went to see Word of Mouth ft DJ Cheese perform King Kut there if memory serves. Your right about sheff rockin though, some class sounds came out of the warp stable. Will never forget the early 90's Saturday nights on london road at the palais with a strawberry or two!!
