I genuinely think freeing the people of Iraq and removing a threat should also have been a DNC platform issue.
When did we progressive liberals stop caring about the Iraqi people and their psychopathic tyrant? When did we stop caring that HW Bush abandoned the Iraqi people by suspending the first war?
Was it when 9/11 distracted us and we stopped hearing about the continuing suffering of Iraqis?
I wish the DNC's position was that we supported taking him out but not the post-war blunders.
at first I was over joyed dean became Chairman, than disappointed and now I love him.
His efforts really helped make this nation better. Introducing online small dollar donations helped keep democrats competitive, and now Obama has more money than Republican Nominee can ever get.
He said he wanted a 50 state Democratic party and 2006 we won house and Senate when people expected only house, and we got a great majority.
2008 will be rebirth of USA, and we will wake up from nightmare of BUSH
If we had a former General in a debate with Bush he would have leveled the chimp and no one would be dumb enough to question the military back ground of a man who became General under Bush I. But no the majority of the Anti-War movement backed Dean and the establishment was split two or three ways. And what did we get? Kerry who's life story was so much like W, Kerry who didn't know how to show he was religious, Kerry who voted us into the Iraq war.
Remember that Jesus was a Community Organizer.
Pilot was a Governor.
Remember what Jesus said "You can do as much as me and more if you believe". Yes we can. President Obama / VP Biden Yes we can in 2008

- Mrs. Smith, surely you've got happy family, haven't you?
- Well indeed. I have four sons and wonderful husband.
- And where are they?
- My youngest - John - is in Iraq, the second - Mike is in Afghanistan. Bill is in Kosovo. And the oldest - Peter - is going to Iran.
- And how about your husband?
- Oh, he is travelling around the world with lectures 'How to stop russians from intrusion and world domination'

You try being part of the anti_Iraq War movement in a red zone.
You people could have nominated a Former General to head the movement but no you voted for a metrosexual and as a result we got milk toast Kerry.
Thanks alot.

What are you talking about? Are you blaming Dean for Kerry (who I agree was a weak candidate) becoming the nominee in 04? Where do you get that?
