@crapper1 Same here - the floor I went to has a spa. Other than that - keycards are required.

These elevators are in the newer wing of the Omni. The scenic elevators are in the older part, the one that got damaged by the tornado.
So do the scenic elevators serve the guestrooms?
Yes, but in a different building.
The arrow is too thin and the segments should be green on the numbers AND arrow.
Yeah, and they also require a keycard to go to the guestroom floors.
So do you disagree with my idea?
I agree that the arrow is not visible enough, especially to the vision-impaired. I don't really care about the color, although my favorite is light blue (which is unfortunately rare nowadays on otis elevators).

Their website says no, but it is. Only the half that is part of the CNN Center is still closed.
