Floyd was subject to testing right up until the fight.  He did not know the test at 17 days would be the last one. The testers could have come and tested him again at any time. That is why random testing is important.

Pac has never agreed to random testing.

Can you imagine how much revenue would be lost by the state of Nevada if either Pac/Floyd tested positive before a fight and it was cancelled? Estimates run to over $1 Billion.

While they are mandated by the US Government to test boxers, their tests have been proven woefully inadequate many times.

Then 2 days prior to the fight, he was again asked to submit to a blood test again because allegedly, the commision "lost" the record or specimen.
